Perfect rental for our son's Mt. Pleasant wedding weekend. Our stay was for 6 nights, and we couldn't have asked for more. Plenty of room for our large group to sleep, eat, hang out and for the Groom and Groomsmen to get ready. Three full bathrooms and one half bath made getting ready for the wedding easy. Beds were comfortable, more bathroom towels than you would ever need, and a kitchen stocked with more than enough dishware, glassware and cooking pots/pans for more than 12! The deck had a beautiful view, great for early morning coffee to see the sunrise and for pre-wedding pictures. Centrally located to everything. Publix 2 min away and Shem Creek and Sullivans Island so close. We happened to be staying the weekend of "The Bridge Run", and even though there were thousands more people in the area, we had no problem getting around. My only regret is that we were so busy that I would've loved to just have sat on that deck in the Adirondak rockers a bit longer! Communication was immediate with Luiz. Don't hesitate to choose this property for a large group if coming to Charleston. Hope to return in the future. A trip to remember always. Thank you Luiz.

The view and house are both lovely. The house is well equipped for a large group with everything you could need in the kitchen. Some updates are needed in the bedrooms but all in all it’s a great place.

This property offers a beautiful view, a convenient location and plenty of open space for families. Multiple highchairs and pack and plays were also provided. Because we had family members at both ends of the age spectrum (1-85), the exterior and interior stairs were a challenge, but having master suites both downstairs and upstairs was helpful. Our host, Luiz, was extremely prompt, hospitable and helpful in helping resolve a few very minor concerns we initially had during our several-day stay for a family member's destination wedding. While very comfortable and inviting, the house could benefit in the future from some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but very much met our needs for this trip and provided a wonderful backdrop for family memories. We would stay here if visiting this area again.

Beautiful home in a great location. It was in a very quiet location and great view of the marsh. We were there for my son's wedding that was held at Dunes West and it only took us about 30 minutes to get there. The only issue we had was the bedroom downstairs which me and my husband stayed in wasn't as cool as the rest of the house for some reason. The vents were open but the air was not blowing very much. Luckily I took a little fan with me that I used. Would definitely stay at this location again if ever need to be back in Mt. Pleasant area.

The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures and is as described on the listing. The views in the morning and evening of the marsh were beautiful as well. We had a group of 9 women ranging from 24-65 stay several days to celebrate an upcoming wedding for my daughter and there was plenty room for all of us to spread out, relax, have a little fun and then of course enjoy exploring Charleston. From the day at the market, to all of the restaurants we visited, to the saltwater cycle adventure, to our haunted jailhouse tour - we all had a blast! Luiz was also very easy to communicate with during the process with probably has the easiest check in & checkout instructions I’ve ever had to follow. If I’m ever headed back to the area - I will definitely be looking up this listing again. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Best Weekend with my Girls!

I spent the weekend here with my best friends to celebrate my bachelorette! The house was absolutely stunning and fit everything that we were looking for during our stay! Luiz was an excellent host and was very responsive throughout the booking process and stay. We had absolutely no problems with check in or cleanliness. Beautiful home in Mt Pleasant

We had the most amazing weekend at this beautiful home! The house itself is stunning. It is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It truly made the entire experience feel like a peaceful and relaxing getaway.Luiz was an incredible host- responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. The location was also perfect. It is close to everything you’d want to explore in the Charleston area while still feeling like a private retreat.We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Book Group Retreat

Our book group goes on a retreat every two years and this time our destination was Charleston. This house was prefect for our group, it was clean and had a beautiful view. It was also close to Charleston and close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
