    Our beautiful duplex is composed of 2 side by side units. This rental is perfect for large groups looking to visit Charleston! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
    Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

    Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

    Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Super cute duplex that was perfect for our group! Photos don’t show the upgrades, but they’ve redecorated with a pink door and some additional decor/furniture. Host went above and beyond, sending us recommended restaurants, activities, etc for our trip. We were very happy with our stay and would 100% recommend staying here!!

Great Location

Plenty of space for a group of 10 girls! Although, there was only 2 bathrooms we made it work and had enough space to stretch out at night. Great location to many Charleston attractions and restaurants. We had issues with our AC not working for the first day, but the owners were very responsive in getting it fixed.

Amazing stay for bachelorette weekend!

VRBO is prime location for visiting Charleston. There are a bunch of coffee shops within walking distance that we were able to visit in the morning. It is about 15-20 minute ride into downtown Charleston and a 10 minute drive to Sullivan island. The house is cutely decorated and felt spacious enough for a group of 9 people. It is a duplex which was first time experience but it worked out great and it never really felt like the group was split up. Would recommend!

False Advertising

Good luck finding this place you can't see the house from the street. Once you find it when driving down the skinny alley way to get to the duplex, not house you drive by all the accumulations of junk and garbage from the hose that really fronts the street. The 2 units only have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is no way to go from one unit to the other without going outside, so younger people are on their own. The floors are rough, Paint on walls chipped and marked up throughout, furniture is tired. Very disappointing experience. We paid almost $3000 and had to leave and go somewhere else. BEWARE!!!
