The property was easy to find on a tree-lined street. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were fully stocked with all necessities. The decor was cute and modern. We felt safe and clean throughout the stay. When there was a small issue with a door knob and shower head, the owners were quick to respond with a solution. Thank you for the sweet spot!

Summer Vaca

Went to Charleston with some friends and had a wonderful stay. House was exactly what we needed. Very clean and communication for stay was very responsive. Very easy instructions for check in/check out.

Girls trip

Cute place & the communication was great but the Air conditioner went out & the guy who was fixing it stayed until after 3am banging around inside while we were all trying to sleep and still was unable to get it up & going until the next afternoon. Just felt he should have at least asked us if it was ok if he stayed or come back in the morning.

Feels Like Home

We were in town for our grandson's baseball tournament so the location was perfect and neighborhood was so cute. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The StayDuvet Team were available for any questions we had and for anything we needed. We only hope that when we come back to visit, this property will be available. If we could give higher than 5 star, we would!

Costal visit

Took family from Indianna and Illinois to Charleston and IOP for a visit. We live in Greer and love coming over. I was stationed in Charleston from 1980-82 at the Navy Hospital ❤️

Great place!

Place was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows I am buying for my home! Great location for us! Close to everything.

No back yard anymore

We were surprised to see a huge addition (unfinished) in the back yard which was not in the photos online. No place to hang out outside. Also, there are several subfloor issues in the house where you feel the floor sinking when you step on it. Rather unsettling!

Great place to get away

First of all, the property is very nice and clean. Great location to base a visit to the Charleston area. Neighbor hood is quite and the neighbors are friendly. There is a community center across the street with a basketball court so the local kids can make some noise during the day. Two things I must point out that I think are important. 1. The floor in the hall leading back to the bedrooms is a little squishy. It gives when you step on it, so if you are a very heavy person, you need to be aware. Probably water damage from the washer / dryer. 2. Also, I booked this property in March of 23 for a stay beginning 5/14/23. I got an email 5/2/23 from StayDuvet that the owner was doing some construction in the backyard and it and the deck would be unavailable. This email was 2 weeks before our stay. Adding 1700 square feet of building behind the house was not planned overnight. Why I was not told of these plans before cancellation deadline had passed is beyond me? They did agree to a partial refund of my costs so all is not lost. All in all, I will stay here again if I travel to Charleston. We were here 4 days and did not have a single bad meal. I think I gained about 10 pounds.

Great stay

Great cozy and homey property. Location is close to everything in Mt pleasant. Worked well for our family of 4 and dog. Concierge was very responsive and helped us along with our stay.

Perfect location

Cute little house in great location just off Mathis ferry! Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check in instructions got filtered to my junk mail and a quick phone call got us all checked in with no issues! Loved the tastefully done decor and fenced in backyard for the pup. We ordered food and walked to the square onion just down the road. Beds were comfortable and showers were great with wonderful water pressure and hot clean water!

Charleston Vaca

The property was really cute inside and probably just completed it's reno. The description was somewhat misleading in the fact that there was no cable/satellite service for the downtime in the evening or early morning hours. The back yard really wasn't that pet friendly since once side of the home was left open. Also, the yard was lacking grass in most areas meaning that when it rained there was mud. The ice maker/water dispenser didn't work quite right and there was a problem one evening coming back from dinner and the Ring Doorbell was signaling every 5 seconds or so. A few calls later and it was taken care of though. And the next day there was nice welcome basket on the front porch. The property was conveniently located to downtown and water attractions, just be careful to choose the right time of day to move around due to traffic. Overall it was a good even though it might have been on the pricey side.
