We enjoyed staying at this property- it was clean and nicely decorated. You have to be ok with stairs, which we are, but otherwise, the layout is good. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of sitting if you're hanging out watching TV. The toughest part about the community is the parking- its a very tight squeeze in the round-about and I couldn't swing wide enough to get into the single car garage. We made it work, so wasn't a big deal. Beds are comfortable (couches may need to be upgraded), plenty of extra blankets. Pretty view of sunrise off the top floor balcony! The location is great because you're not far from Sullivan's and could walk to several eating locations down the street (we love Kid Cashew). We took our dog across the street to walk a little nature trail along the marsh and then into a very nice neighborhood just beyond. I do wish we'd had access to local channels on the TV (lots of football on while we were there), so maybe a cheap antenna (attached to back of the TV)?
We liked this place, would recommend it!
