"Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my siblings to see a Phillies game. Property was exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean. Nicely decorated. "We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. "Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. "

"This was our 'home base' while we were back in the area for the Christmas season. We had a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
