Great place to stay!

Very clean place and straightforward process to stay at this location. Property manager was very clear with instructions and prompt with responses. Close to all the amenities you need!

Sami is the best host ive had in any experience. If this spot is available by all means jump on this rental. Place is amazing, hot tub, anyway you want to cook the place has it. Host went avove and beyond to make sure i could bring my dog and stay late abd come early if i wanted.

Great escape!

This property was perfect. We needed a quick spring break get away and this did the trick. The condo had everything you would ever need and more. It is very well kept and decorated and had everything with a great deck and sunroom ! Thank you to our gracias host Sami and we woo definitely be back and highly recommend!

Fall getaway

the weather was great and the property excelllent.Screened in porch was so nice.Kitchen fully stocked and even a basket of snacks! We were there in the off season.October so it was quiet.

Water skiing on Lake Ouachita

Condo was great and our host was even better. Condo was very fresh and clean and decorated with great detail. Communication and check in with host was over the top Will definitely use this just in future Ouachita trips

Comfortable getaway

We had a great time with plenty of space for everyone and communication with Owner was really helpful when you need it. Great kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Location was exactly what we were looking for and the adjacent campsite around the bend was beautiful. The tennis court across the street was perfect for extra exercise between hikes. We stayed during spring break but would love to come back for summer and water sports.

Great condo, clean and beautiful, had everything we needed.

We had a great experience with this condo through vrbo. This is the first time we’ve ever done a vacation rental and we were all very pleased and loved the condo. It’s in a beautiful location and was so comfy. We loved the screened in porch and our kids loved the snacks that were left for us. 🙂 they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need.

This place has it all!

From the welcoming sign, snacks for us & our pup, to the full size kitchen, dual porches with grills and water features, to comfy beds, legit hot tub, full washer & dryer, multiple TVs and more light switches than you can count, this place has it all! Not to mention being tucked away in a quiet portion of Harbor Mountain Resort, surrounded by nature. It was perfect for our twin grandson's graduation fishing trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sami was responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!!

Lake Ouachita Retreat

Absolutely beautiful cabin a hop, skip and jump from the shores of Lake Ouachita. The Mountain Harbor resort is well equipped, quiet and away from the rush of the Hot Springs crowd. Sami was a wonderful host, so proactive and available. Spacious rooms with multiple porches for evening relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bath is sheer luxury. Beautful. Highly recommended.

Lovely home, lots of room and amenities. Kitchen had everything you'd need, plus! Easy communication with host. Information on Wi-Fi, area resources, and check-out easily accessible. Would stay again in a heartbeat.P.S. Just a couple of maintenance things: kitchen knives need to be sharpened, there was a slight drip from the A/C vent over the dining table chair on the window side. Might need to be checked.

Great Spring Break Retreat

This was exactly what we needed. All activities are within an hour. Great hiking and trails in the complex. Amazing vistas close by. We'd love to come back when it's warmer to check out the lake more. Host, Sami, was so helpful and communicative. The property itself was perfectly situated, clean, and spacious. It was maybe a little too much room for our family, but being able to spread out after driving was nice too. If you're hoping to stay in the Lake Ouachita area, this is an amazing place to stay.

Loved everything about our stay at the Treehouse! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. More than enough seating room in the family room. And hello, heavenly pillows in the master bedroom!! Outside of checking all the boxes for the basics, our hosts had a great welcome basket with all kinds of snacks and homemade cookies!! When I saw the UT Orange walls in the online pictures, I wasn’t sure - but the cool and unique artwork all of the condo gave it a fun, great vibe. The porch is screened in and has a really fun cabana vibe if you enjoy sitting outside. Lastly, the property manager Sami was super easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect. If I could give ten stars, I would!!!

Breathtaking Treehouse

Sami was absolutely amazing to rent from! The treehouse was so clean and beautiful. The views from balcony were breathtaking. My family and I had the best time and if ever in the area again would rent from her again.

PERFECT WEEKEND!

The place was perfect!!! Very clean!!! Very spacious!! We enjoyed throwing a bridal brunch and relaxing all day while getting ready for wedding!! The host was AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Home away from home!

My husband, 11 year old daughter, in-laws and I stayed and had an amazing time! The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and had every utensil, pan or anything we would need. It was clear that so much care was put into making everything feel like a home away from home. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The bedrooms had extra towels and plants of pillows and blankets. The art on the walls was so much fun to read and look at. And every window had a view or trees - we really felt like we were secluded. Sami was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and helpful. My daughter and I walked down until we found the water to the lake. It was low thus time. We visited the pool ( walking distance) and had it all to ourselves and it was lovely. We were even able to use pool towels and floats from the house. We also went to the lodge (I think that's the name) and had a great dinner. There was a wait, but it was a pleasant one in the courtyard. We rented a boat from the marina and went out on the lake - it was beautiful and perfect for swimming. Everyone in the group agreed we would be back! Also, I lost an earring while we were there and I thought it was gone....Sami found it after we left and let me know she would send it to me in Texas! It arrived the other day and I am so grateful. We had a wonderful time! Thank you, Sami!
