Excellent Location and Forest Views

Great spot to unwind and get away. Cute well stocked condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is great and situated where you don't see anything but the forest.

Relaxing at Lake Ouachita

The condo was exactly as described yet better in person. Perfect for us and our dogs. Quite, beautiful scenery and super easy lake access.

Awesomeness in Arkansas

As advertised, but somehow so much better. Everything from arrival to departure is so serene in this small condo overlooking the forest that bleeds into the lake. If visiting area, will definitely stay again.

Cabin in the woods

Beautiful condo surrounded by trees, very private and peaceful. Comfortable bed, great snacks and coffee left by host, we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Amazing location

Plenty of room for our family of 3 and definitely could have accommodated more. My 4 month old and I laid out on the back patio with a blanket and watched the squirrels. Plenty of utensils and dishes to cook if needed. Felt very safe and secluded while being near everything in the resort. Will definitely come back

AMAZING!!!

Wonderful stay! Everything we could have possibly needed we had. They were so nice and accommodating I will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit Mt. Ida. I accidentally left something really important behind and the property manager contacted me before I even realized that I left it. She promptly mailed it to me and that was so nice! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Would give them a ten star rating if I could.

Condo in the Woods

Overall we had a good experience. The parking was a real problem our entire stay. We never were able to park in the designated parking spot for our condo. Also, be aware there is only 1 parking space allotted for the condo. We had to find our own parking & walk to the condo. The internet was in & out as well.

Perfect solitude

I almost hate to leave a good review as I would love to keep this place secret! If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature, or want a place at the lake handy for boating, or simply want to go to the pool every day, then this is a great choice. We have stayed in condos and cabins all over the US for years.....even before it was popular, and this is one of our favorites. The Sweeneys keep the place in great shape and well stocked for living life. Little things make this place better than most: it is a corner unit with no neighbors visible from most angles, so you feel very private; great view of woods and a ridgeline to enjoy the squirrels and deer; Fireplace was well stocked for use, We had a fire each day and there was wood, kindling, fire starter and a lighter; Good wifi, bed side plugs and a nice choice of kcups, not to mention a few odds and ends spices and other kitchen items that we rarely see in rentals, but make this place really easy to live a few days out of. Great job Sweeneys!! Place is close enough to hot springs for day trips and handy to mt. Ida for a groceries or a quick bite at the dairyette...which s pretty darn tasty! Also ya gotta go to Shangra la for some pie! Amazing!

Condo with nice setting

Nice condo in Mountain Harbor in a location with great views. Comfy beds and decently stocked kitchen. Owner was great to deal with. Parking can be somewhat limited but overflow isn’t too far away. Overall a great place!

Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Overall place was nice. But pool was already closed for the year, which we were not aware of.

Awesome Top Floor Condo in the Woods

Very clean, stylish and comfy condo. 1 mile from the marina, still close enough to enjoy Hot Springs. This particular unit is top floor, (even path from parking, no stairs). And it’s an end unit with nothing but forest as a view. Very well stocked and tatifully decorated. Had an issue with the AC the first night…but was fine going forward. Would love to come back in the snow and enjoy the fireplace! Overall…very nice place!

Weekend in Arkansas

This is a nice condo within Harbor Mountain resort. There were lots of extras like DVD’s, games, coffee, Keurig, Beach towels, etc. It was peaceful and quiet. The only issue was the WiFi- we were able to get on to an unsecured network, which we didn’t use much because of security concerns. Our T-Mobile service got no reception there, so we needed WiFi to be able to call and check on family.

Great location

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO and this was by far the cleanest and the most organized place I’ve ever rented. It seemed to have been recently updated and done very well. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done.. I highly recommend this rental.
