El personal de recepción fue muy borde. No hya desayuno y en las máquinas de vending tampoco nada desayunable. Internet no funcionaba en mi PC y llamé al servicio de IT . casi una hora de teléfono y no pudieron arreglarlo.

Lamento que su estadía no cumplió con sus expectativas. me comuniqué con los proveedores de wifi para abordar estos problemas que encontraste. El personal de la recepción volverá a entrenar para garantizar las relaciones con los clientes.

Hotel para pasar una noche
Hotel para pasar una noche entre ciudades. La habitación es muy amplia (dos camas grandes) pero bastante vieja. En las fotos se ven algunas con suelo de madera. La nuestra era de moqueta (como casi todas en USA por otro lado). El desayuno es muy malo. Parking descubierto gratuito. En las cercanías hay varios restaurantes para ir a cenar (uno de deportes con infinidad de pantallas). Para pasar una noche no hay problema, aceptando que el desayuno no vale nada.

Muy antiguo, no sucio. Le falta una reforma por lo menos. Acceso facil al principio pero después no sabes por dónde entrar. Desayuno muy, muy pobre y la sala donde lo daban olía a gasolina

Good hotel
It was a good hotel. I liked it because it's very clean and the breakfast, even with not too muh variety, was enough and good. The room was huge but the bathroom small.

It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. When I finally did get hot water, I got in the shower and the water turned ice cold. This happened several times-NOT PLEASANT. TV reception was poor and I had to ask the front desk the “secret” to get TV to work (you had to press a certain number then enter on the remote)-would have been nice to have written directions in the room.

We stayed here to go to Sesame Place, only 27 mins away! Very good price. Only complaint is a 2 bed room should have 4 pillows on each bed and more towels.

Checked in and out within 10 minutes. The parking lot is in very poor condition. The property hallways reek of urine, it’s very loud, and the rooms are ragged. The interior lock on door of my room had loose screws and could be wiggled out of place. The tv didn’t work. Multiple lights were out in the room. The leather furniture was worn away. A few people seemed to loiter outdoors. Overall, it was nothing like the pictures and I felt unsafe. Skip this place at all costs.

Stay for 3 days, room was never cleaned, hallways had the same paint peelings on the floor all 3 days. No clean sheets or towels for the entire stay. On day 2 our entry cards were deactivated. And had to be reactivated As we were packing getting ready to checking out , housekeeping knocked on the door (while she was eating something) and asked if we needed anything. Horrible experience. Terrible stay.
