Review of Mt. Dora Condo

This is an excellent property for one or two couples. It was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is roomy and has up-to-date appliances: range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer stack, using it for several loads of laundry. There is plenty of closet space and a really nice walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The garage is a little tight for a large car. We have a Honda Odyssey. There was enough room, but not much extra on the sides or back. Still, we managed getting in and out without a problem.Charlotte, our host, had materials/instructions that were straight-forward. They were easy to follow while we were there and for getting into the unit and leaving at the end of our stay. We never needed to contact Charlotte because there wasn't any reason to! On the other hand, she was prompt and helpful in communicating when we were arraigning our stay. The location worked well for us. It's just minutes from downtown Mt. Dora and shopping centers in Eustis, but also short drives to many parks and hiking trails in the area. We enjoyed our regular walks in them.This is a place we would be happy to return to if we visited the area again!

Lovely home in a great golf neighborhood close to everything

My wife and I walked the neighborhood every day. The neighborhood was in excellent shape, wide sidewalks on both sides of the road, and the homes and landscaping are kept in remarkable shape mostly throughout the development.I played golf at the course several times and was challenged by the water. An easy course unless you cannot keep your shots straight. I will play it again next time I come to visit family.Lastly, Mt Dora is 5 minutes drive away. Great restaurants and a lovely stroll each evening.

Our favourite rental

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. We keep it bookmarked and use it time and time again. Not only is it closed proximity to our family in Mount Dora and Eustis but the owner Charlotte couldn’t be more welcoming. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable and have everything that we need. On the very rare occasion we have had any issues she is able to sort them within hours. The property is very clean, very comfortable and perfect for our requirements. 10/10 from us

My vacation

The property was very clean and felt like home. Very close to Orlando, restaurant, Grocery stores , Nice park for your children just seconds from the property. Lunch serviced near the pool at The Club House.Overall a great experience. Never had an issue contacting the host. Thank you! 😊

A superior property in a beautiful location

Once again, we found this to be a clean and lovely house. It is very comfortable, Charlotte is a perfect host, and we will rent again next year for the third time. We had the place for six weeks beginning in early January and the weather, though sometimes a bit chilly, was mostly pleasant. The property is clean, convenient and decorated nicely. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen worked well for anything we wanted to cook at home. We consider this to be one of the nicest properties we have rented in Florida over the years. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. In any way to consider it, this is a five-star property.

first visit to Mt Dora in 2 years...

We normally would frequent Mt Dora to visit our son quite often. Due to illness in the family we were unable to visit the past 2 years but as it is bitter sweet, we were able to get there last week..What a wonderful surprise to find this hidden gem! With the popularity of Mt Dora growing, finding places to stay can be a challenge. This home was immaculate and exactly as pictured...2 beautiful bedrooms ( which we only used 1) with 2 bathrooms.. a lovely living room and open space kitchen. it was just perfect and we will be back again!! Thanks for sharing your home with us..

Perfect for us

We love this property, it’s in the perfect location for us to visit family that live locally. It’s also easy to get into Mount Dora where we love the shops and eateries. Charlotte has always been the perfect host. Anytime we have had any questions or things we need she has been very prompt and efficient. We will definitely stay her again.

Always an excellent stay

This was our third time staying at this property and hopefully, we'll have more. It's extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. The golf course is right across the street; I played 12 rounds in 14 days. The owner is fantastic. She's responsive and extremely helpful. Enjoy your stay.

5/5 All the Way Around

This is a wonderful house, in a safe and quiet golfing community. The size was perfect for the two of us, but it would also work well for four. The furniture was strong and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The kitchen was very well appointed, and it gave us everything we needed to cook elaborate meals. The lanai was nice, but it gets very little sun in January. It had a lot of sturdy chairs with puffy cushions. Charlotte proved to be a superb host, answering questions when we needed, and otherwise leaving us alone to enjoy our six weeks in warm weather. The quaint village of Mt Dora is close, and grocery and drug stores are easy to find. Both the east and west coasts are available for day trips, and we traveled several times to New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach. We rate it 5/5, and we hope to return soon.

Pleasant stay

This house is in a very nice area. The neighbors were friendly when passing by on their morning walks. The home was spacious and exceptionally clean. I would stay there again and reccommend!
