"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

"Property was just as described. In a nice quiet neighborhood not far from Disney. We would definitely book again if in the area. It was the perfect place for our families spring break vacation! "The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Lots of hot water. There is a bath and a half which was very convenient. The only negative I could think about would be there is no burner in the house to use. I like to have eggs in the morning and I couldn’t do that. There is an air fryer however and a microwave. There was lots of room in the home. And two seating areas for watching TV. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."

"This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!"

"We were a family of four who stayed for a week in March 2024. The location is great, we walked to Universal on one of our days, so if you're energetic - you can walk and save on an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Most days we took an Uber and the prices were very good since the location is so close to Universal. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that we needed to cook some of our meals.
