The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out. Lots of room for parking vehicles or a boat in the driveway. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Set back from all the kayos but close enough to be there with in 5 minutes. We are part of a great little private community called Balmoral. We are one mile from a private beach that sits on the great Lake Winnipesaukee. Boat launch for your convenience. This beach has a volleyball net, bocce ball court. Bring your corn hole boards to the beach! There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons. Plenty todo within the area as well as 30-40 minutes away. Summer and winter fun for all let’s book today! We have cameras in outside in the front and back of the house.
