Newly renovated Balmoral on Winnipesaukee home sleeping 8 with all new furnishings and a lovely fenced in yard. Imagine waking up and planning your day as you sip your morning coffee while relaxing on the comfy deck furniture as you gaze out to the fenced back yard. Once everyone is awake and ready to go, you'll head down to the beautiful Balmoral on Winnipesaukee beach for a morning of swimming and relaxing on the sand. You could also challenge your vacation-mates to a game of volleyball or bocce-ball right at the beach! At lunch-time, you can head back to the house for some burgers and dogs prepared by the resident chef on the gas grill before you afternoon of fun begins. Perhaps a game of tennis or basketball at the courts by the Balmoral Clubhouse. The kiddos will love the playground at the Clubhouse too! This property is just a 5 minute drive from both golf and mini-golf; not to mention a yummy ice cream cone at Skelly's market. Maybe try one of the hiking trails at Castle In The Clouds or cruising the lake on the MV Mt. Washington. Meandering around The Old Country Store, topped off with some penny candy is always a "must do". In the evening you'll unplug and reconnect around the fire pit while enjoying some s'mores and tall tales or ghost stories. Is Rover giving you the side-eye every time you talk about your upcoming vacation? Well tell him he's going too!!!! Your dog is welcome, depending on the size and kind, with a $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
