Inside, the main living level offers a warm and welcoming open-concept layout with a kitchen featuring a breakfast bar for two, flowing into the dining area and inviting living room with charming wood ceilings and cozy seating. Step out onto the deck from the kitchen to grill dinner on the gas grill and dine outdoors at the umbrella-covered table. A wall air conditioner in the living area provides cooling for the main level of the home.

Also on the main floor are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a full bath with tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed and sliding doors leading to its own deck—an ideal spot for morning coffee. A fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a three-quarter bath with step-in shower complete the second floor.

The lower level includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outside, gather around the firepit with plenty of seating and enjoy evenings under the stars. When you’re ready to explore, Balmoral’s central location puts you close to hiking at Red Hill, the scenic trails and café at Castle in the Clouds, golf at Birch Hill Country Club, and family fun at Paradise Falls mini-golf.
Don’t leave your best dog pal at home! This property has a nicely fenced yard so that your furry friend (or two) can join you on vacation. The owner may allow up to two dogs, depending on size and breed, with a $175 fee per dog.

There is parking for 2 cars. The wood stove in the living room is off-limits.
