Affectionately known as “Point House,” this spacious waterfront getaway offers breathtaking 180-degree lake views set against the backdrop of the Ossipee and Sandwich Mountain ranges, creating the perfect setting to relax and recharge. This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat combines comfort, gathering space, and stunning scenery, making it an ideal destination for memorable time with family and friends.

The main level features an open-concept living and dining area with soaring cathedral ceilings and a striking stone fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences you'll need, along with a center island and breakfast bar seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors in the main living area frame the lake and mountain views, filling the space with natural light and opening directly onto the expansive wraparound deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living. An oversized screened porch provides another inviting space to unwind while overlooking the perched beach and sizable dock, which can accommodate a boat up to 24 feet.

The main level also features the primary suite with a king bed, lake views, direct deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a private second ensuite offers one queen bed, two twin beds, and a full bathroom. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and twin bed, another with a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a spacious bunk room with three twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen bed. A full bathroom with a jetted tub and washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.

The lower level recreation room features ample seating, a stone fireplace, TV, ping-pong table, and an additional refrigerator, creating a welcoming space for gathering and entertainment. Two sets of sliding doors provide easy access to the waterfront. With exceptional views, spacious accommodations, and amenities for guests of all ages, the Point House offers the perfect setting for creating lasting lake memories.

Dogs are welcome with owner approval, with up to two permitted and a $175 fee per dog.

Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. Sheet rental, including arrival bed-making service, is $350 and bath towel sets are $12 per person. Please request rentals at the time of booking, as availability may be limited.
