    Set directly on the water, this inviting home offers serene lake views and scenic outlooks toward the Ossipee Mountains. Featuring a private sandy beach and dock space for a boat up to 25 feet, you'll enjoy easy summer days spent swimming, boating, and soaking in classic lakeside living.

    The main level offers bright, open concept living with a comfortable gathering space that flows seamlessly from the living room to the eat-in kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a spacious deck overlooking the beach and lake—perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or simply taking in the view. This level also includes a queen bedroom and a full bath with tub.

    Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, along with a second full bathroom—ideal for families and groups. A full-sized washer and dryer is on this level, making laundry easy during your stay. The lower level adds to the fun with a relaxed family room featuring a flat-screen TV and a bumper pool table, plus walkout access to the yard, beach, and dock.

    Modern comforts include central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, wireless internet, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill for easy outdoor cooking. Guests also enjoy access to Balmoral Association amenities such as a boat launch, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. Golfers will enjoy the nearby Birch Hill Country Club 18-hole golf course just 2.5 miles away. Quiet roads nearby are perfect for walking and biking, making this a wonderful home base for both relaxation and recreation.

    Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $175, towel packages are $12 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Peaceful home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a special place for our family. We have rented here for 15 years and love the location and private beach. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. The addition of air conditioning is refreshing on very warm days. The dock is perfect for fishing. We would enjoy more seating in the living room area as the home accommodates eight people and seating for only five. This year the wifi signal was erratic and difficult for family to get work done. It has not been updated since our first visit. We hope to stay there for many years to come.

Lower level family room walk out to the beach is also ideal.
