"This lovely lake house was right in the middle of our 5 other relatives' lake houses. We have been going to this lake community for many years & staying with relatives, but we wanted to rent our own place this time. The house was very clean & well-appointed, & we really enjoyed our stay there. The brook was directly outside in back! The weather was a bit cool, so we didnt kayak or go to the beautiful beach, but that made for more family time with our 30 relatives!"

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. "This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again. "

"Stayed here with my husband, our three kids and their friends. Us with 6 teenagers 17-19 years old and not once did we feel like we were on top of eachother. 20 minutes to Laconia, 30 to Weirs Beach and Concord. The boys had a great time fishing off the dock. Within 30 minutes they had hooked 2 fish. The house is very confortable and spaciois. Loved every minute of our time there. Thank you for sharing."
