Lovey stay

We enjoyed our stay, but there were definitely some issues along the way.Pros: The setting is beautiful, gorgeous pool, communication with the house manager was excellent. The village is small but beautiful and close to a grocery store which was amazing. Having king size beds and air conditioning in the main bedrooms was also great. We used the grill and enjoyed the outdoor dining. Our kids loved the trampoline and used it every day. We were in close proximity to all the other towns and beaches which we also loved.Cons: Kitchen and bathrooms are in need of remodeling. No shampoo / conditioner or soap in the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with coffee which is great but the appliances, pans and fridge are outdated. The sheets and bedding are also in need of replacement, the elastic is was gone on our bottom sheet so it kept slipping off. We were there during a heat wave and the main living area which is beautifully appointed is extremely hot, a ceiling fan or floor fan would be helpful.

Really great time!

We booked this nice villa for a week for two families with two kids each (between 4 and 7), so 8 persons in total. The villa is really nice. It had everything we needed: The kids loved and pool (so did we), malls/backeries are close by (car is required, no walking distance), visits to cities like Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Grasse or even Monaca can be done easily. It is all quite at night and the view is amazing. Communication with the owner was easy, always friendly and informative. The checkin and checkout service via the agency professional. Only thing to consider (as other people also worte): The bedroom in the cellar is pretty hot and was to scary for our kids, so we put the mattresses in the kids bedroom and all four kids sleept in one room - which worked :) Definitely worth it and a big recommendation from us.

Lovely villa in quiet, tranquil neighbourhood

The villa is very very nice, and our stay overall was just great. Would recommend it for any family w/ kids (or, as in our case, two families of four). Three very good bedrooms (we did not use the basement room), an amazing pool and patio area, a nice traditional kitchen and a spacious living room. The villa is in a quiet, tranquil neighbourhood, and has an amazing view to the mountains. The city of Mouans-Sartoux, which is so nice and relaxed, and has plenty of high end food and delicacy shopping options close by.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren schon öfter in Südfrankreich, aber dieses Haus war mit Abstand das schönste. Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit dem großen Tisch war klasse und dann nochmal ein fast genau so großer Tisch außen auf der Terrasse war wirklich toll, wir saßen jeden Tag dort zum Essen und Spielen. Am Abend konnte man die Eidechsen an der Hauswand beobachten, das war immer toll: Wenn man aber Abends draußen sitzen möchte, ist es hilfreich etwas Antibrumm zu benutzen weil die Stechmücken dann auch gerne mal kommen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist aber der Pool, der ist wirklich riesen groß und war immer super sauber, sowas hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Man geht vorne über schöne große Stufen rein wo es flach ist oder man kann auch im hinteren Teil direkt reinspringen, dort hat der Pool ca. 2m Tiefe, also völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten dort sehr viel Spaß und auch die Liegen rund um den Pool sind sehr stabil und bequem. Das was andere über die Einfahrt schreiben (sie wäre etwas tricky) kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich kann versichern, es geht zwar direkt um die Kurve rein, aber sogar mit unserem großen SUV (VW Touareg) war das ohne Probleme möglich. Vielen Dank an Wim und Irene für den tollen Urlaub den wir bei Euch verbringen durften, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland Martin, Birgit, Jonas und Tom

Beautiful home, expansive grounds and great view in a gated community

Very spacious living area, kitchen and bedrooms. We love the large dining table inside and in the covered patio - we used it a lot! The pool was good size, lots of outside seating with wonderful panoramic views. We like the sectional sofa, the kitchen with an island and lots of counterspace. Lots of kitchenware for our family of 8. The gate is a little tight to get in and out of and we're not that close to food places for quick run for food. The host is wonderful to work with and responded promptly. They provided us with lots of information before our arrival, they were there to meet us and see us off. We would definitely stay here again if we have another chance.

Rustic French Countryside Retreat

The views... wow the views are incredible from the beautifully landscaped backyard entertaining area of this home. Everything in the backyard is perfectly done from the oversized infinity pool to the relaxing lounge seating under a tree. The only negative are the flies. They quickly attract to the table when you're trying to eat outside and then they'll come inside if you leave the doors open. The home is very private as you have to pass through a main gate for the street and then another gate for the home itself. Lot of security although I dont think security is a concern. The French love their privacy! The inside of the home is spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms have AC (temps were above 90 degrees) however the public spaces (living room, kitchen, etc) do not so it can get quite warm inside. The kitchen and bathroom are classic old school French charm so beware if you're expecting something more modern. The location is very close to many cities/towns/villages as well as supermarkets and everything else you need. Because the home is perched at the top of a hill, driving to/from can be a little intimidating as you have to drive on narrow roads around sharp bends. Fortunately it seems like everyone is careful. All in all, I would recommend this home and would stay again.

Slice of heaven

The villa was amazing. Breathtaking views, spacious, clean and very well stocked for all of our needs. The owners had everything detailed and laid out. Annalisa, the property manager was incredible! Very attentive and helpful in ensuring we were at home. We needed to be in Cannes and securing transport was a little difficult, especially with the security gates at the property. But it was a minor inconvenience and well worth it to stay at the Villa.

10 Tage Erholung pur

Wir haben die Villa zu viert (zwei junge Paare) bewohnt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Pool ist riesig und die Zimmer & Badezimmer sauber. Als einzigen Nachteil möchten wir den Nachbar melden, er kam zweimal um zu sagen die Musik sei zu laut, obwohl es mitten am Tag war, und die Musik wirklich nicht laut war. Die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich sehr ruhig. Jedoch fliegen täglich sehr viele Privatflugzeuge über den Hügel, daher fanden wir es nicht angebracht bei ein bisschen Musik (am Nachmittag an einem Werktag) gleich zu reklamieren. Wir würden den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Aangename vakantie achter de rug! Heel duidelijke en interessante info door eigenaars. Enkel de vierde kamer in de kelder vonden wij niet bruikbaar: onaangename geur en ongezond. Wij hebben deze kamer bijgevolg niet gebruikt. De keuken was netjes, maar slordig (achtergelaten materiaal door vorige huurders). Voor de rest een droom, zowel voor volwassenen als voor kinderen.

Ein wunderbares Objekt in traumhafter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, mit liebevollen Details und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich ist atemberaubend und sehr durchdacht angelegt und möbliert. Die Eigentümer haben hier eindeutig sehr viel Zeit und Herz investiert. Die generelle Lage ist einfach traumhaft, sowohl was die unmittelbare Umgebung (Natur pur) angeht als auch die Nähe zum Meer und den nahegelegenen Städten. Wir freuen uns sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

An idyllic Villa with wonderful views and not overlooked.

We had a wonderful holiday in this more than adequate and spacious villa. Situated close to Cannes it made day trips to St Tropez, Monaco and the surrounding area very accessible. The swimming pool and gardens were lovely and we enjoyed total privacy whilst making use of them. We highly recommend this property for a family holiday in the South of France.

Heerlijk huis, fantastische dagen gehad

Heerlijk huis. Alle kamers zien er goed verzorgt uit, bedden zijn allemaal uitstekend. In de keuken is alles aanwezig om eventueel zelf te gaan koken. Er is een tafeltennis tafel aanwezig, onze kinderen (15, 20) hebben zich daarmee prima vermaakt. Kortom wij hebben hier fantastische dagen gehad en zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen.

Beautiful, spacious villa with a lovely view.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this villa in Mouans-Sartoux. The house was beautifully presented and spacious with a good layout. We particularly enjoyed the outside space - the garden, the terrace and the swimming pool and the beautiful view of the forest. The villa was conveniently located with many interesting villages, towns and cities near by. The manager was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is beautifully located and very private. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden, and taking a swim in the (large) swimming pool. We will definitely come back again!
