  • Welcome travellers to our 3BR apartment located in Mosta just a short walk away from local restaurants, cafes, and shops. The famous Mosta Church and other attractions all within walking distance.

    Upon entering the property our guests are welcomed by a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and super comfy sofa with access to a smart TV perfect for longer stays.

    Also included is a private terrace with vineyards view, perfect to further enjoy our homely experience.

    Kitchen| Our Mosta property features a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and a complete set of cutlery, allowing you to effortlessly prepare meals.

    The kitchen opens up to a private outdoor terrace, a highlight of our residence also equipped with outdoor furniture.

    Living area| As you step inside you will find lovely spaces, with a large Sofa & TV with a private entrance to the terrace where you can enjoy your local stay.

    Bedrooms| The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms include a double bed and 1 has 2 singles, while one of them also features an ensuite.

    Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

    laundry| This amazing Apt also has both a tumble dryer and washing machine, also has an iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies.

    Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is accessible from one of the main bedrooms.

    Mosta is famous for its stunning Rotunda, the Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady, which boasts one of the world`s largest unsupported domes. This architectural marvel is a must-visit during your stay, offering a glimpse into Malta`s rich cultural heritage.

    Beyond its landmark church, Mosta offers a delightful mix of local eateries, traditional bakeries, and quaint shops where you can experience authentic Maltese cuisine and pick up unique souvenirs.

    Step outside and you`ll find yourself surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture and flavors.

    From our apartment, you can easily visit the Mosta Dome, stroll through the picturesque streets, and explore nearby attractions like Mdina, the Silent City, and the beautiful beaches along the northern coast of Malta.

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Mosta making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Mosta but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB or to be paid via BANK TRANSFER, at an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    4. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    5. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    6. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    7. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    9. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    10. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    11. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
