I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with The Lemon Tree House was - everything from booking through departure. The pictures are 100% accurate and every detail both inside and out was perfect. It was a fantastic, amazingly comfortable and enjoyable stay for our group of 9, ranging in age from 21-76, and I can't recommend The Lemon Tree House strongly enough! Truly a magnificent experience! Don't hesitate for a minute to choose this Villa for your stay in Exuma!

The Lemon Tree House is amazing! At arrival, we were greeted by Cecil to welcome us to the house and give us information, and then immediately walking outside and having your breath taken away by the beauty of the ocean, desk and pool. Gorgeous!! The house was immaculate and peefect for our needs. It is located on a beautiful beach in Tar Bay and we had an amazing time. We had 3 familes there and everyone had plenty of space and never felt on top of each other. The owner, Rebecca, was also very responsive any time I wrote with questions before the trip. Thank you for such an incredible vacation home!!

Four couples who have known each other over 45 years since college got together in Exuma. We rented the lemon tree house and the house exceeded our expectations. The layout in the pictures or what you see are even better and more beautiful in person. The view is breathtaking. Cecil is such a wonderful help and will assist you with anything that you need. Would recommend this house to anybody. Our group is particular and again this house was absolutely stunning.

Rebecca and Cecil are great. The property is better than the pictures. Pool was warm. Great views every morning. The kids didn’t want to leave. Cecil even helped us get lobsters and grouper to cook one night.

Excellent week in Exuma when four couple friends!The Lemon Tree is an exceptional A property boasting stunning views and setting right on the beach (Tar Bay). Super convenient to both Georgetown and the Exuma airport, logistics for any and all activities was a piece of cake. Communication with Rebecca and Cecil were timely, complete, professional, engaging and caring - excellent on all marks!We are coming back!

Most beautiful water and sand we’ve ever seen, and we were able to see it all day long from Lemon Tree. The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 5 couples. Plenty of individual space and plenty of space for us all to be together. We loved sitting in the pool staring out over the water. The beach was virtually private! Can’t recommend highly enough - we are already planning our return trip.

We spent a family vacation at the lemon tree house and it did not disappoint. We have rented a lot of homes during vacations and this one is at the top of our list. Attentive hosts, clean, fun, and beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for group of 13!

Our trip was amazing! This home has everything you need and want. The home and beach location is wonderful. From all the kitchen utensils and appliances, to the most comfortable beds. This home is centrally located to other beaches and grocery stores. Honestly, there is no reason to go to another beach. Cecil, the property manager greets you upon arrival and gives you a rundown of the home and the awesome sound system. If I could rate this home higher, I most definitely would!!!!

Beautiful 5 bedroom property with exceptional beach and water access. The property is as it is represented or better. Great house for large families. Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for serving ten or more. Some limited maintenance issues including outside fans, lighting, and sound system not working; Direct TV outages; and battery failure in the front door lock. Chefs are available to prepare meals for your group and our experience with two during 3 nights was excellent. However, understand the local restaurants can be some distance and our experience on the nights we went to highly recommended restaurants was disappointing both with respect to the food and their failure to address insect and heat problems. Also, grocery items and supplies are expensive, limited and road conditions are challenging. Overall, a great house located on an exceptional beach.

We had an amazing week at the Lemon Tree House. It is setup perfectly for 3 families with kids. The house is well stocked. Rebecca the owner and Cecil the concierge are very responsive and helpful. The pool and private beach area are perfection. Chef Tevin and his crew were amazing as well. We will be back!!!

Our recent stay at Lemon Tree House was nothing short of paradise for a week. The house, pool deck and beach were the perfect setup for an extended family vacation. We would not hesitate to book again. We used a local chef for 2 luncheons. Chef Vandera is the real deal. Her prep, food and service were NYC level. Thank you Rebecca for a memorable vacation.

Everything went better than planned. The house is amazing, the view, the view, the view....you won't get bored. The pool and beach are great. Rebecca and Cecil were always available to give me suggestions and answer questions. I hired Mike as our chef for 4 nights and the food and service were outstanding. That area has the best beach. I give this place 7 starts.

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was absolutely perfect. The size was perfect for our 4 couples, and we had plenty of spaces to be together. It was even better than we anticipated. Absolutely everything about this place was perfect…to include location and amenities. It’s beautiful. Believe me, you won’t regret it. They thought of everything to make you at home. Cecil, the caretaker was very friendly and accommodating. Rebecca, the owner was always responsive to every question and so pleasant to deal with. I will definitely return to this oasis…we lived it. We had the best time on this little piece of paradise.
