The stay was amazing, super close to everything. The property is literally a piece of heaven. Travis and Resa were easy and great to work with. The place has everything you could ever need - umbrellas, yeti coolers, jbl speakers, snorkel gear, the list goes on and on! We traveled with a one year old and they went above and beyond to make us more comfortable with her! Thanks again! We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Theresa and Travis (your host and caretaker) always promptly responding for any help and suggestion. Wonderful spot rightly on the beach always with a breeze. What a sunrise directly in front of you and the grill for dinner worked perfectly. Plenty of everything you need for cooking at home.

Outstanding! We can’t say enough about our recent trip and how enormously lucky we are to have found Paradise Point house. Travis has been a stellar host going above and beyond. When our flight to Exuma was cancelled he even jumped onto the computer trying to find solutions for us! (The airline did finally get us there) He and Theresa (Resa) were always ready with answers to our questions or recommendations. The kayaks were awesome, the snorkel gear perfect! But the house!! If you are lucky enough to find it available, book it! It truly is your own private slice of Paradise.

Amazing Stay at Paradise Point

Highly recommend this property. The house is right on the beach with everything you need. It's also centrally located and easy drive to anywhere on the island. Travis was great to work with and had great suggestions on everything from beaches, excursions, food, and rental car. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely Amazing

We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here. This house was absolutely perfect and "Paradise Point" is the best name for it because it is truly paradise! It is so well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Travis and Teresa were both extremely inviting and helpful! Especially by giving advice for grocery stores, restaurants and places to visit. The grocery stores are definitely a unique experience when compared to the US, but fun to explore the different type of culture there. The views from this house are breathtaking. You are directly on the sand. Beware that the winter months are windy, so plan accordingly. Even on the windy days, though, there is plenty to do and see. Several beaches within a close driving distance are located within a bay area and are protected from the wind so you can still enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer. We will without a doubt be back one day!

Paradise Point, is literally Paradise

We just returned from an incredible week at Paradise Point in Exuma, and it was, as always, the perfect vacation spot. Paradise Point is a breathtaking waterfront property with direct beach access, providing stunning views and a peaceful setting to unwind. Travis was an outstanding host, staying in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure everything went smoothly. When we arrived, we noticed the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, but Travis had someone there to fix it by the very next day—his quick response and open communication were much appreciated. Our housekeeper, Resa, made the experience even more seamless. She thoughtfully stocked the house with groceries and drinks for our arrival, which was especially helpful since we arrived on a Sunday evening. Resa was always available to help with anything we needed, and her attentiveness really enhanced our stay. Travis also arranged a rental car for us, making it so convenient to explore the island. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Travis, for sharing your beautiful property with us—we will definitely be back!

Awesome beach cottage

We had the best time at Paradise Point! You can't beat the location - right on Tar Bay with a beautiful beach right outside the door. Our host, Travis, is very responsive and helped us with anything we needed and provided some great recommendations while visiting Exuma. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Perfect, private location on the beach!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point. We were looking for downtime and not a crowded resort stay. This is exactly what we got. We pretty much had the beach and water to ourselves. Loved having the snorkel gear and kayaks available to use whenever we wanted. Great views, especially sunrise. Super easy to get to the airport, grocery store and other beaches. A/C was great, beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Travis, the owner, made sure we had plenty of options to keep us busy and always had a contact for whatever it is we wanted. Resa, manager, keeps a very clean and tidy house and was a pleasure to talk to. Both were VERY responsive to any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Paradise Point the next time we come to Exuma.

“Relax mon”

If you’re looking to spend a vacation where time slows down and you “relax mon” this is the perfect, little quaint beach cottage to do so at. Travis is very knowledgeable on everything Exumas and really wants his guests to enjoy their time there….a very hospitable virtual host who responds quickly to any messages sent his way. May not be the most bougie house but certainly no complaints found when the ambiance is there! Wind, rain, and sun we had it all and enjoyed our time at Paradise Point regardless of weather…a cup of coffee and PARADISE is the POINT.

Perfect place

We loved this house- beautiful view of the ocean and the beach felt secluded and private. It was close to the airport and easy to find. Travis was very helpful, setting up our car rental and connecting us with locals for amazing tours. He made everything easy!

All the comforts of your own home

Amazing view - check Owner communication - check Close to everything (with a car!) - check Beach access and beautiful beach - check All the amenities you need at home - check Family of four just spent a week at Paradise Point on Tar Bay. Waking up to the bright blue ocean lapping the white sand was a memory we will all cherish. Travis and Resa were full or recommendations and made our stay wonderful! Paradise Point - Spectacular Beauty!

This house is amazing....the view and the location made for a wonderful week! Nothing can beat the view from the front deck and the beach is just steps away. Centrally located on the island so that we drove no more than 30 minutes to explore other parts of the island. Travis was our personal travel agent....so very helpful in telling us things to do, setting up a car rental, getting us in contact with a fishing guide...and the list goes on. Since we missed our flight connection to the island, we arrived later than expected and Resa did some grocery shopping for us before we arrived. Thank you Resa! Things to do...bonefishing with a guide, take the water taxi over to Chat N Chill (getting the conch salad is a must), explore different beaches, and hang out by the house and enjoy the beautiful view! Restaurants we enjoyed...Tim's on the Bay, Splash, Rusty Anchor (very good), Blu on the Water (very good), and of course Chat N Chill. Thanks Travis and Resa for a wonderful time!

Great Couples Getaway!

The best thing about our stay was the hospitality shown to us by Travis (remotely) and Resa (on-site). We were worried about finding the house in the dark after our flight was changed and Resa was so kind as to meet us at the airport and guide us to the house! (Much less stressful as it was also our first time driving on the left hand side of the road!) They checked in on us daily offering help and suggestions (Resa even MADE us a candle when we asked if they had any!) The house was very roomy for 2 and we loved the decor. I love to cook and I was able to find everything I needed to do so. A few glass glasses, bowls, plates would’ve been nice but I understand…it’s a rental. There was tons of bug spray and suntan lotion in case. (definitely need both) Yes it’s an older house but the location is fantastic and most of the houses seemed to be 4-5 bedroom mansions that didn’t work for us. There is a separate locked off bedroom down below on other side of house that can also be rented if you need more beds (not a lot of natural light and facing the road). We enjoyed walking the beach, exploring the Island and will definitely be back!

Best view around

We have visited Exumas several times. Usually in resort . We decided to try renting a home. This home , while may be dated in the outside. Has an amazing past. The interior has been redone. Has everything you need even tons of games. The hosts were fabulous and recommended restaurants and activities. We had in home couples massage that was amazing.. There are paddle Boards snorkeling equipment and kayaks for your use. There is nothing you need that they don’t offer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location is so close to the airport and Georgetown. 5 stars and above !

Paradise for sure!

First, Travis and Resa are amazing. The communication is excellent with fast response. Help with car rental, directions and parking to amazing beaches and on a precious visit set up a boat tour! The house is great, location is close to everything we wanted and it’s PRIVATE!! Neighbors are not that close which made it super relaxing, oh and the private beach area….cannot complain! Already have another stay booked with more to come, for sure!

We just returned from our stay in Bahamas, and we are already planning our next return. The people are so nice, water is beautiful and Travis/Resa are outstanding host. I have rented VRBO's on several occasions and I have never had a host like them. They both made sure our stay was enjoyable and they even helped with our car rental, boat excursions, groceries, places to eat, etc. You will not be disappointed renting this home.

Fabulous Week at Paradise Point

Paradise Point was the perfect location on the island. So convenient to everything. We loved the house - clean, comfortable and cute as it can be! And the VIEW - Absolutely amazing view from every room in the house! Travis and Resa went above and beyond in making sure our stay was exceptional with their communications, restaurant suggestions and things to see and do. Best rental ever! Loved the house and location

Perfect house for us and would highly recommend. Very private - only saw two other people on the beach the whole week. Very good location as well to make trips for groceries or into Georgetown. The view of the beach and ocean out back was spectacular. There is also a nice little reef to the left that had a lot of fish to see. The host, Travis, was very helpful with everything from arranging rental car to recommendations for excursions. Some of the highlights were renting a boat from Minns, lunch at Santanas, snorkeling Fowl Cay, and feeding stingrays ar Chat n Chill. Would love to return to Paradise Point.

Perfect location!!

Paradise Point is the perfect beachfront location; close to everything. The proximity to the airport, Georgetown, groceries, restaurants and beaches worked perfectly for our family! The home is stocked with literally everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Travis and Resa were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and even set us up with a rental car before we arrived. The view is unbeatable and location on Tar Bay Beach was both beautiful and extremely private. We only saw a few people walk by in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!
