  • In Avoriaz, located in the Les Crozats residence on the 3rd floor, in a quiet area near the center, 4-room apartment for 9 people, renovated in 2017, large south-west facing balcony, beautiful view of the slopes and the resort.

Amazing Accommodation

Me and 5 others stayed in this luxury flat for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. All facilities are too a high standard and any problems we had were solved efficiently by the host. Fantastic balcony views with sunset with sight of the slopes! Can't recommend this place enough!

Property it’s self very clean loads of crockery etc, good location and well decorated. Check in time a little earlier would be nice it was (17.00) How ever absolutely brilliant.

Séjour aux "Crozats" du 24 Février au 4 Mars 2024

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. l'appartement que nous occupions s'est montré très agréable avec un équipement de qualité. Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, aussi bien pour son accès "skis aux pieds" que pour gagner le coeur de la station et y faire ses courses. Bien que situé au 3 em étage, la vue est très belle et très dégagée.

Week ski trip

Apartment has been very nicely fitted. Living area in particular is very nice. Location is good. To get back to the apartment after skiing I would recommend skiing down to the public lift near shooters bar and Sherpa. Then skiing down to the apartment from the top of the lift. You can ski out from the apartment if you turn right.

Excellent property, location and communication

3 generations stayed here for 1 week of skiing and walking in the portes du soleil. Plenty of space in the flat for all people. TeLly we’ll stocked kitchen. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms and a great location for skiing out in the morning and getting the lift back at night. There are 2 public access points close by which allow access to the Main Street within a couple of minutes. We will definitely book again.

Lovely apartment

5 of us stayed here for a boys ski trip. It is a lovely apartment. It is brighter than it looks in the photos, and fairly spacious given the location. You can ski down to the village, and it's only a short walk back at the end of the day. The room specs are slightly confusing - but there are 3 separate bedrooms, plus a foldaway and a sofa bed in the shared space. It was plenty of room for us. Finally, Frederic did everything we needed as a host - thank you!

Good base for family ski trip

Modern, well appointed apartment with fantastic views in a good central location. Good bathrooms. Double rather than king size beds. The third bedroom has no window so gets a bit warm and stuffy. Although there a few things left in the kitchen, a few more basic provisions (eg toilet roll) would have been appreciated. End of stay cleaning service - for an extra charge - was optional.

Un très bon séjour

Le séjour a bien mal débuté par une attente de plus d'une heure à l'entrée de la station en raison, à mon avis, de la très mauvaise organisation de l'accueil dans la station. Si nous retournons à Avoriaz, mon fils nous déposera au télécabine avant d'aller faire la queue à l'entrée de la station. Ce retard nous a valu de ne pas pouvoir louer des skis le sois de notre arrivée.Heureusement, l'appartement a été une très belle surprise, il est en effet luxueux et très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Le salon / salle à manger est spacieux, par contre les chambres sont minuscules, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Nos enfants et petits enfants ont pu profiter de l'exceptionnel domaine skiable et ce d'autant plus que la neige était très bonne.

Ok stay

We stayed here from Jan 9th - 14th. Check in process was ok. Received wrong code for key box so took ages wondering why we couldn’t open it. Upon entering kitchen area is lovely. It’s 3 very small bedrooms but sold as more bedrooms. One single bed is in the hall way so no privacy. And the other double is in the lounge so also not a room. Overall it was clean enough. Sofa bed protecter dirty and covered in hairs. Tried to wash but washing machine not working and when tried to use could here it arking (I’m an electrician) so unplugged for our safety as to not cause a fire. Great location on the slopes. Just wasn’t suited to us with lack of space and rooms.

Fantastic apartment in good Avoriaz location

This lovely apartment is very true to the description and photos provided by the owner. It is compact and cosy for a family of 6 adults (3 couples). While it has facilities for 9 we felt that more than 6 adults would be a bit cramped. The apartment has a nice, well stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals or heating preprepared food (eg from Huski an Alps catering company), handy laundry facilities, two nice bathrooms and a lovely balcony. All windows have lovely views over the village and slopes. The bedrooms are typical small ski resort size but with very comfortable beds. The ski boot storage is in the apartment (we considered this a big bonus) and the skis/ snow boards are stored in a large storage room at road level. It is definitely a ski out property and almost totally ski in- just have to take your skis off to use an elevator to get up to the street of the apartment, then ski in. The village has 3 good supermarkets, a boulangerie and many decent restaurants, all near to the apartment. (But far enough to not get too much noise from the bars) We had two total beginners with us who managed the ski in/out and found suitable slopes. All in all we found this to be the perfect apartment for us and great value for money.

Schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung in idealer Lage

Sehr schön renovierte und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in idealer Lage. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir waren 7 Personen inklusive drei Kinder, was sehr gut gepasst hat - auch durch die zwei Badezimmer.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un appartement de très haute qualité, aussi bien au niveau de sa situation dans la station que des prestations proposées dans celui-ci. Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de rentrer dans un appartement extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Par ailleurs, nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de cet appartement (pas de bruit dans les couloirs ou les appartements voisins notamment). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci à monsieur Brun pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

les vacances de ski parfaites dans un grand appartement

appartement très agréable et cosy. Il offre suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes. La vue est enchanteresse. L'emplacement est parfait et vous êtes très proche des pistes ou du supermarché/restaurant. Vous pouvez vous rendre au parking très facilement en calèche. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et immédiatement là si vous avez une question ou avez besoin d'aide - tout simplement génial et fortement recommandé
