Ayan is a spacious apartment in Residence Le Ridge in Morzine. It is located on the sunnier side of the village and is around a 10-minute walk from the centre and lifts. The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests, offering a well-proportioned base for groups looking to stay close to both skiing and village life. The terrace extends the living space with views of the surrounding mountains.

In the main living area, there is a large dining table at the centre of the space, with a connected fully equipped kitchen. The interior is modern and well laid out for shared meals and time together. The apartment has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a rain shower. Residents have access to shared facilities within the residence, including a gym and sauna. A communal bike storage area is available on a first-come basis.

The centre of Morzine, along with its shops, restaurants, and lift access, is within walking distance. In winter, the nearby lifts provide access to the Portes du Soleil ski area, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes are all close by.

Ayan sits alongside Ipê and Sugi in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 21 adults and 2 children.
