it's a nice casino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows are terrible and I forgot mine and the bed dipped in the middle.

My only complaint is that when I tried to unplug my phone charger, the outlet sparked and the power in the room went out. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up. The electric finally came back on, but nobody came to remove the lamp. (Charger was in lamp base)

Hotel is fine. Has a pool. Rooms were clean and updated. Tv is a little small but most people don’t spend time in the room anyways. Biggest downfall is no mini fridge in the room. But most casino hotels don’t have one.

Everything was fine except the parking and security person. Our car was vandalized during the night and the security guard was very unhelpful.

Nice hotel and casino
I stayed at this Hotel while attending "The Great Beyond" music festival. Excellent staff and service. Would recommend.

The staff was so friendly and we really felt the smaller town hospitality. The casino was lively but the hotel rooms were quiet. We really enjoyed our visit.

This hotel is attached to a casino so there is smoking and that smell is everywhere but wasn’t too bad in the room itself. It was clean, people were friendly. It was nearby to some parks that we were interested in exploring. Great price for the room.

Front desk staff was nice! The bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. Would be nice to have a mini fridge. We enjoyed the casino and not a lot of smokers so we appreciated that. Our room was on 3rd floor so it did not have the stale smoke smell. Overall very satisfied

Close to Dacotah Ridge Golf Course which was important. Rooms are dated and nothing special. Nice to have a Caribou Coffee in hotel for grab and go breakfast. Other restaurant options were just okay.

Although the room was clean and neat. The rooms were very out-dated and the one TV was a 24in TV secured to the wall. Unimpressive rooms, ive stayed at much better for less. Unfortunately their discount rate wasnt available on thier website and the only room available was on expedia for double.

There was only one place to eat. You would have had to wait in crowded lines. I saw no one cleaning the machines. Even though they made announcements encouraging mask wearing and had sanitizers (the pumps didn't dispense automatically), I didn't feel they took Covid seriously. Actions speak louder than words.

Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed and that was not stated on line on the website or not even when we got there. We were on the way to the pool when we told it’s closed. That’s one reason we stayed there to relax at the pool after gambling. Very understaffed at restaurant. Service took a long time but the waitresses were running there butts off. Wine served in a milk glass. We paid premium hotel price for very sub par setting and service. Room was very clean.

Disappointed
Took our kids along and they were hoping to go swimming and the pool was closed! Somewhere during the reservation process that should have been noted! When asked about the pool they said it wasn’t going to be open for another month. Very disappointed!!

We went hoping to swim and the pool wasn't open. Didn't find it on the website that it was closed. We had a disappointed child but we made the best of it

Check in took forever, only one person at the desk and they were taking phone calls at the same time as checking us in. We weren’t given an amenity bag, so, we had coffee, but no cups, a shower, but no dial! I had to go down at 10:00 pm to get these things! Loud!! People slamming doors and loud in the hallway! Worst sleep I’ve ever gotten at a hotel!
