"Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts gab es nichts was uns störte. Jeder Mitarbeiter war zu jeder Tageszeit zuvorkommend. Da f0hlt man sich willkommen. Das Hotel selbst war günstig gelegen und in wenigen Minuten war man am Strand oder mit dem Bus in Westerland. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch einige Radverleih-Stationen. Das Frühstück war gut und auch auf einzelne Wünsche, wie z.B. Spiegeleier wurde eingegangen. Insgesamt war das Hotel liebevoll...

Leider wurde die Frühstückssituation vorher nicht richtig kommuniziert…das Frühstück wurde 200 m entfernt in einem Hotel serviert und sollte mit 32 € p. P. extra bezahlt werden. Außerdem gab es im Zimmer nur einen klitzekleinen „Kühlschrank“, noch nicht mal so groß wie eine Minibar und kühlte auch nur sehr schwach. "Gute Unterkunft in bester Lage. Grundsätzlich war es sehr sauber. Die Teppichfliesen im Schlafzimmer sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ich habe ihnen nicht vertraut. Leider ist die Heizung (Nachtspeicher) schwer zu bändigen und eigentlich durchgängig an gewesen - in der kühlen Jahreszeit blöd. Das Bett (nicht das Schrankbett) war höchstens ok. Aber die Lage ist top."
