"We chose this apartment as a rest stop before finishing our trip to Croatia and Italy. This was as relaxed as we hoped. Nice Gelato across the street, good restaurants nearby, and an easy place to return when the day is done."

"Der CheckIn lief absolut reibungslos, Gabriella hatte auch noch einen super Tipp für Strand mit Hund.Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.Die Gegend ist sehr schön, es gibt tolle authentische Restaurants. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder besuchen."

"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

"Ein großartiges Ferienhaus! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für zweieinhalb Wochen dort und es war wirklich super und sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Ausstattung mehr als wertig. Aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ist man absolut ungestört. Ausflüge kann man in der Gegend eine Menge machen, da sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Wir waren oft am Meer, oder in den Bergen rund um den Monte Catria. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Sonia und Piedro ist unkompliziert, sie...

"Casa immersa in una zona tranquilla e molto bella. Bellissimo il patio dove abbiamo sempre gustato le nostre cene attorniati dal verde e dal rumore della natura. La casa é molto carina e siamo stati benissimo."

"Country house with incredible views and every convenience. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen very well equipped. Couldn’t have hoped for a better situation. Stay here and you’ll discover Le Marche! "

"Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation sowie An- und Abreise waren unproblematisch. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen."

"Casal Ferriano is een oude boerderij. Alle basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Als je van basic houdt dan is het zeker een aanrader. Eigenaar Guiseppe is erg gastvrij en verteld graag over de historie van de boerderij. Fijn zou wel zijn geweest als er wat comfortabeler tuinmeubelair aanwezig zou zijn."

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Wunderschön restauriertes Bauernhaus, welches seinen Charme trotz oder aufgrund des modernen Innenlebens erhalten konnte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."
