"The location was perfect for exploring the Lake Champlain area! Close to go biking on the causeway and kayaking on the lake. David and Renee were so friendly and welcoming- the loft had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book a return visit!"

Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary tools, dish-ware and utensils, better than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at. Lots of games available to keep the family entertained. "The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. "We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was ideal. The cottage has everything you need - washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, TV and WiFi. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. "
