Location is ideal! The room was clean and cozy and the property well kept. They were roasting s’mores our first evening there and invited my daughter to join in We will definitely be returning.

The room was not completely clean, there were emprt water bottles under the bed. I called to office to reported, they said ghey will take care of the next day. That did not happen. No vacumming for several days I can tell.

Cedar Falls motel hotel.

The property pictures are very deceiving, the pole looks like it had not been up to par for a while. The place looked ran down or poor management.There could be more for the children to do. There was absolutely nothing. The cabin floors were filthy underneath the beds were filthy. There were wasp nests in the window on the inside and outside of the cabin, there was noservice the whole four days we stayed as far as clean linen clean towels did not see property owners at all!And everything as far as activities are an hour to two hours away from property I was disappointed that we had to travel so far to have any entertainment

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great location to Petit Jean State Park. We had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, but an overall good experience.

Location

The best part of this place is the location. If you’re not staying at the Mather lodge and want close proximity this is it. Other than that nothing special. You definitely get what you pay for. I wish there had been pictures of the rooms interior before booking but that’s a chance I took.

Awesome place to stay on the mountain

My stay was pretty great, the main thing that drew me to the cedar falls motel was the location. The motel was less than a 5 minute drive to all the trailheads and Mathers lodge, which was pretty cool. When I got there I found the office and checked in pretty easily. The room was an average motel room, the bed was comfortable and they had a mini fridge and coffee machine. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I also saw reviews where people had trouble with the wifi, but it worked perfectly for me getting an average of 40mbps download.

This place is great! The owners thought of everything to make this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are cozy. The beds are comfortable. And the space is perfect! We loved the fire pit! They kept the wood stocked and even had the fire started during the day! We felt at home. Comfortable. And totally enjoyed our time here. Will be back!

Relaxing place

The property was located in a nice and relaxing neighborhood. The only issue we had was WiFi. There was no Wifi connection.
