"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"As a returning guest, it was a pleasure to come back again to the Sunshine Apartment. The owners and the team that run the accommodation are so kind and wish for you to have a perfect stay. The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. It was clean, accessible, and well stocked, with parking easily accessible. Hekuran had even left us a small welcome gift which was perfect for our first night on arrival.
