Wonderful views of the bay and mountains and an amazing beautiful garden.Steep stairs, several sets- up to property but places to stop if needed. Spacious property, beautifully furnished and equipped.Jacuzzi in master bedroom ensuite and only shower head with poor power. Difficult to stand up in it .We used downstairs shower which was fine. Suggest replace jacuzzi with power shower upstairs.Close to beach and a wonderful restaurant Catovica-Mlini

Great facilities at the villa.Good pool and hut tub. BBQ is good. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Secure car parkingGood local bars and restaurants, 3-4 in walking distance and a local convenience store (not open on Sundays)The only drawback is the 63 steps from the car port up to the front door. OK if you are fit. Air-con in each room dealt with the heat.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, Lillian hat sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert und das tägliche Säubern des Pools war so unauffällig, dass wir es kaum bemerkt haben.Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing experience at Bayview Villa from the moment we arrived! The house is spacious and well-organized,very clean and it has a beautiful interior. Air-condition worked perfectly in all rooms. The pool area has a wonderful view over the mountains and the bay. The water in the pool is very clear. A short walk from the house takes you to the public beach and several good restaurants and a small grocery store. The village of Morinj is conveniently situated in order to reach the surrounding villages along the coast such as Perast, Kotor, and Budva. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend Bayview Villa for your stay in Montenegro.

Just fantastic

When we saw the villa on the website it looked fantastic and we booked immediately, in person the villa is even better, it surpassed all our expectations.The views from the villa are spectacular and we made good use of the pool and hot tub.The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.I can’t thank Vujadin and Lillian enough for making our stay perfect and we can’t wait to come back

Wonderful place to stay

Immaculate property with every last detail thought of. Great base to explore the area . Walking distance to local restaurants and the sea . Sept weather wasn’t so kind to us so glad we’d hired a car and could visit other places - Kotor , Prevast , Lake Skadar , to name a few . Unspoilt and beautiful

Amazing Villa!

We stayed here for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time. The villa totally exceeded our expectations - the pictures simply cannot do it justice as it is surrounded by trees and greenery turning it into a tropical oasis. The grounds are perfectly kept and the villa itself has a homely fel with bespoke furniture. Lillian, our host was always available to answer questions and give us tips for things to do. I highly recommend this villa for families with grown children.

Beautiful Bayview Villa!

Bayview Villa was an absolutely fantastic choice for our family vacation We are a family of four (two parents and our sons ages 18 and 20) - and the villa fit our needs perfectly. The house itself is gorgeous, clean and well appointed with all the amenities you could need, it's location is fabulous (short drives to Kotor and Perast, and easy for day trips elsewhere too -- we went to Durmitor State Park and Ostrag Monestary), and the host/hostess were incredibly helpful before and throughout our trip. The villa is also an easy walk to several restaurants, a market, a few beach clubs, etc. You won't be disappointed!

Kotor bay

This a wonderful villa in a beautiful setting across from the bay from Kotor. It’s set in a pretty village. There are two excellent restaurants and a beach cafe in walking distance. It proved a great base to explore all around the Kotor area and away from the tourist crowds. The garden and the pool are extremely well maintained and stunning as are all the views. We absolutely loved it.

Nice vocation in Montenegro

Our stay was nice and pleasant. The house and the garden are beautiful. We have some small problems in the house but they were immediately solved by staff. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful sightseeing.

Stunning Villa

We had a wonderful week here, the house is top quality, the garden is tropical and very private, and the view from the pool is spectacular. Lots of steps, so not a place for young children or those with mobility issues. Lilian met us at the property and was only a phone call a way if we had any questions. Morinj has 3 restaurants and a little supermarket, all within a few minutes walk. We made sure to visit Kotor on a day when there were no cruise ships in, also particularly loved Perast (climbing the tower was a bit scary but worth it!) This was our first visit to Montenegro and we loved it - if you book this villa you will not be disappointed.

Ideal Villa for the family in a quiet location.

The Vrbo photos don't do this Villa justice. It is much more than we were expecting. The furnishings are all good quality, it has large glass windows and glorious views into the surroundings. The extensive terraced garden. The large, deep pool was a hit with all the family ( found ourselves hanging on the edge taking in the vista numerous times) That view from the terrace! Wow. The Villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with spa bath. The location is very quiet, however a nice stoney beach with bar, is 5 mins walk, a couple of small supermarkets, post office and 3 restaurants however 1 of which was struggling to staff so therefore was closed. We hired a car to see the area and beyond. Kotor was always busy and we found dificult to park. However always nice to get back to the villa terrace and take in those views across the bay with mountain backdrop. Lillian was very helpful, the Villa clean and spotless. Only small negatives are the numerous steps up to the villa and those feisty criters, do go armed with mosquito repellant in the summer months. Not enough to put us off, we would recommend any one, what a find on Vrbo

Well equipped villa

We enjoyed our stay at Bay ViewVilla which is well-equipped and extremely clean. There is also a lovely (but deep) pool. Also, it is just a short walk to local amenities - shop, several restaurants and a beach. We do think it should be made clearer that there is only one shower and that the showers mentioned in the two bathrooms are only hand-held. This meant that the four adults in our party only used the downstairs shower.

Very Special Villa In Montenegro

Bayview Villa was highly recommended to us by a friend and it lived up to expectations on every level. In a quiet, but picturesque location, very well appointed with all the basics provided for including a welcome pack. Close to the many fantastic towns and sites to visit - Kotor, Budva, Parest, etc. Having a car is probably essential and the villa comes with secure parking. Great rooms (bedrooms with AC), spacious kitchen and living areas and a stunning garden with several seating areas, BBQ area and fabulous pool. Local amenities included a small store for provisions and several restaurants including one of the best you'll find anywhere (Catovica Mlini). These and a lakeside beach only a short walk away. The owner was always helpful and Lillian and her team locally were always on hand helping with any queries. The whole family loved Montenegro and the villa and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Idyllic break - even better than it looks!

We went in late July 2019 - two young families. The location is perfect, very easy to get to coming from Croatia. The house is nestled on the side of a valley a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, where there are two unpretentious beach bars. On the way to the beach is the excellent restaurant, Ćatovića Mlini - not to be missed. From the private secure parking (we squeezed in two compact rental cars), the house is in an elevated position up a number of steps through beautiful, extensive mature gardens. These really are very impressive and add to the beautiful atmosphere. The steps were absolutely no problem for us and the kids. The beautiful private pool and BBQ area is halfway up the steps to the house. We spent hours around the pool, which is deep (adults but not kids can stand in the shallow end), but this was actually good for our young son who finally learned to love his armbands! The house itself is well equipped and spacious, with AC in the bedrooms and a wonderful view across the bay from the terrace. We will long remember the way the light from the opposite town bleeds across the surface of the bay at night. We didn’t get out much (the house and locale were perfect for what we were looking for) but would definitely recommend a boat trip around the bay. This was a real highlight and we were picked up and dropped off at the local beach. The owners Lillian and her husband were efficient and responsive and very understanding about the inevitable minor breakages! The pool and outdoor areas were cleaned every morning without us even noticing they were there. Having researched extensively, I found very few properties around the Bay of Kotor available to rent like this and so would recommend an early booking if it looks suitable for your needs.
