"This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. The property is older but you can tell has had renovations in the kitchen. The downstairs bed was very squeaky. We didn’t use the upstairs room. The couches could be updated. They were very lumpy. "As the title says. Its a double wide modular home. Has a cockroach problem but has a few less since my group left. Owner was quick to respond and i wish i didnt need to contact them as much as i did. House was good for what we needed. Place to sleep and make food in-between 12 hour shifts. "
