Overall, the stay was good, but there were a few issues worth noting. The Vrbo listing advertised a TV in the living room; however, it had been replaced with a painting. Since the living room is where everyone naturally gathers, having a TV there would have made the space more comfortable, especially for watching the college football playoffs.The lower level was not thoroughly cleaned. There were many bugs on the floor and hundreds of old, dried-up bugs in the sliding glass door tracks. The TV on this level had a noticeable layer of dust, which suggested the area had been overlooked. The outdoor lower-deck spa area was also not cleaned. Since our kids and grandkids stayed in this area, we spent two to three hours cleaning it ourselves, made more difficult because the vacuum had little to no suction.That said, the property manager was excellent, providing quick responses and prompt service, which we greatly appreciated.Despite these issues, we had a good time and are not upset. We share this feedback so the issues can be corrected and would consider staying again if addressed, as they seem easily fixable.
