New Years Trip

We stayed three nights over the New Years holiday and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space for six adults and one dog. We loved the layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. We enjoyed the pool table, arcade, and hot tub and the furniture in the main living area was great for football watching with six reclining seats. Just a few minutes into downtown Blue Ridge if you decide to go out to eat.

Property was not cleaned!!

While the cabin was overall lovely (well decorated and supplied, good location, nice view), when our family of 8 arrived, the cabin was completely covered with hundreds of hibernating lady bugs. We could not get the property manager to respond in a timely manner so we spent the first several hours of our stay vacuuming all three floors of the house. In the end, we were refunded the cleaning fee. However, we did not feel that was enough compensation so we would not stay here again or recommend this cabin or Vacasa to anyone else.

Great Family Vacation

A great family vacation All in all, it was a great cabin and very spacious for our family of 7. Everyone had a blast! We had many adventures in the towns around the cabin and can't wait to return.

Wonderful time in the woods

Loved the location, room to spread out, the spectacular views, games were great and beds were very comfortable, Rose the neighborhood dog that visited was sweet. Reasonably priced and close to must see things. Dusty, AC could not keep up with temps ( AC expert in the party said the one unit is too small for the large house), and please add Kleenex to a must have in the house. Took a card to recommend to others.

The perfect place

Our family of 8 chose this beautiful cabin as our Christmas get away location this year and we were not disappointed. The cabin had everything you could want or need and made it so that you never want to leave. Our family will most definitely be renting this beautiful cabin again soon.

Cleanliness fell short

Customer service was excellent. My big issue with this property was the cleanliness. The bunk bed had urine on it and the cleaning people did not even change out the sheets. The gaming area smelled like urine because of the issue with the bunk bed. And finally, they were spider webs all over the inside of the property.

Celebrating Dad’s 85th

We had a wonderful time at the house. There 12 of us and dogs and it was great. Everything was within 10-15 minutes of us. Will definitely be back!

Graduation Vacation

Cabin is beautiful and very well stocked in kitchen for cooking for long stays. Plenty of beds and bathrooms form everyone. Family enjoyed game room and playing pool. Only con about cabin is that the appliances in kitchen need to be moved to be cleaned underneath and sprayed for bugs well.

Perfect

House was perfect for our group of 7 ages 4-74! There was plenty of space for everyone and we were all able to eat together, lounge together or enjoy the deck together. I also appreciated the layout of the house allowing everyone to separate a bit when needed. We will def be back.

Peaceful Place

We had a great time in Morgantown. The cabin was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit immensely! The kitchen was stocked with basically all your cookware and utensils. The game/rec room area was fun and a nice added touch. The corn hole boards were also a nice touch. Only complaint was that when we tried to communicate with the owners during the stay, we never got a response. Otherwise it was a great trip! Definitely recommend this location.

House could have been a lot cleaner

House was very nice but the cleanliness was a bit disturbing. All of the tubs/ showers had residue in the bottom of them. The dishes in the kitchen had dried food on every single dish that was used. The dining room area had food on the rug under the table so I had to end up vacuuming the floor. There was hair in the bed on the main level bedroom. The house was very nice just wish that it would have been clean for the amount of money that was spent.

Great Stay!

Such a cute place to have family time! We really enjoyed our stay. Love how there were bathrooms in each room but I would say a communal bathroom on the main story would be great!

House is Great; Process could be better

We enjoyed our stay, taking advantage of the game room, hot tub, and fire pit. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances needed, particularly the blender. Note that there is only one set of bunk beds; the listing implies two sets, which didn't matter to us as we only had 7 adults in our party and everyone had a comfortable bed. Also, this listing has a lot of various service fees compared to other rentals I've done; make sure to note the full cost and don't be fooled by the "teaser" daily rate. The second payment is processed by Vacasa directly, not VRBO, so there was some confusion regarding that.

Summer Vac August 2020

the house was very nice had all the amities but the kitchen smelled like someone cooked fish and the sink stove and cabinets had flies. I went to a local store purchased bleach. poured some i the sink drain and wiped down the whole kitchen. purchased a fly trap which help a lot ..the beds are comfortable and has plentily of entertainment on the third level.. we loved the house but felt the house keeping had issed the kitchen. I like booking thru Vacassa the homes are nice , will ue them again

Great Cabin and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The cabin was very clean, had lots of amenities and has a great location near Blue Ridge and Lake Blue Ridge. My only negative would be that the checkout time is 10 a.m. which is very early. I think either 11 a.m. or Noon would be much more convenient.

Family Reunion

Overall experience was great. Nice location, great house. The one thing I would ask is to spray/kill spiders wasps outside on the house itself. Well equipped kitchen and supplies in general. Would go again.

A Touch of Bearadise Review

The property was great. A group of ten of us had all of the accommodations we needed. Three master bedrooms for three 3 couples, plus two additional rooms and two rollouts situated the kids perfectly. Big greatroom for relaxing. The game room and bar downstairs were a nightly gathering spot for our pool tournaments and arcade game competitions. Breakfasts and dinners on the balcony enjoying the view. Great location for traveling to different destinations around north Georgia. In so many words...we had a great time and would highly recommend!
