I would give more than 5 stars for communication if I could. We stayed during Christmas and host was extrememly responsive even then. Cabin and land are beautiful. My family commented that it was more like a mansion. Rooms and suites were comfortable and inviting. Very functional kitchen and patio area. Plenty of places for large groups to hang out together or to find a quiet spot when needed. We enjoyed our stay.

AWESOME house! The layout is perfect for a large group, and everything was set up for a comfortable stay. All the beds were incredibly cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the back porch quickly became everyone’s favorite hangout spot. Even with the cold weather, the outdoor fire kept us warm, and having a smoker was a huge bonus—we smoked our Thanksgiving turkey, and it turned out amazing.We explored the property, enjoyed the beautiful lake, and genuinely had an incredible time. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and the host was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.The laundry room had everything we needed—and having two full sets of washers and dryers made things so convenient. The game room was packed with activities, and the hot tub comfortably fit six people and was a great way to unwind. The TVs were loaded with all the streaming services, so we could watch anything we wanted, and the WiFi reached everywhere without an issue.Overall, our group had a fantastic Thanksgiving, and the week flew by way too fast. This place is truly a great setup all around

We went with our friends for a weekend get away with three 4-year-olds. Love the property! The kids enjoyed the axe game, walking around the property, and getting on the lake with the canoes. Beds were comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the place. The host was super responsive when I had a question. They informed me that someone would be coming to the house to fix some outdoor lights even before we got there. Would highly recommend this property!

The house and property are beautiful! The location is just far enough out to feel private but close enough to get into town to explore. We enjoyed the game room which had something for everyone... we had TV, dart game, golf game, & pool table all in use at one time! The lake looked and sounded amazing especially at night. We didn’t get to use any kayaks or canoe on this trip but definitely will next time. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay here again!

This place was great! I would highly recommended! I don’t have a single complaint. This house literally had EVERYTHING! The host was quick to respond. There was so much room and so much to do, my family talked about coming back again! We take a large family vacation every year and this has been the nicest place we have ever stayed!

Lodge with everything you need!!

The lodge, a four bedroom plus and four bathrooms is an excellent find for a large family! It had everything you need in the kitchen plus grilling porch w/fireplace. Very close to Blue Ridge and shopping.

The perfect get away!

My friends and I booked this place to celebrate our 30th birthday and it was such an amazing stay. Penty of very comfortable beds for 10 of us, beautiful property, amazing amenities! We didn’t leave the cabin all weekend. We crafted, watched movies, canoed, enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We also planned games and played them all around the property. The host was amazing so kind and responses. I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect for Multi-Generation Stays

My family stayed during the summer and we had to come back for the fall! We had ages 10-63 all under one roof and we all felt like we had enough space. The living area is big and open and the indoor & outdoor activities kept the kids entertained all day. Great place to stay for large groups or multi-gen families.

A fun getaway for all!

We had an amazing stay at Kelly’s cabin! We traveled with extended family - 3 families with kids ages 1-6 - and everyone had a great weekend! Everything was just as the listing described. The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking item we needed. The cabin was pristine! Our kids loved exploring the property, fishing and canoeing in the pond. We had an issue come up during our stay, and Kelly had someone out to fix the problem within hours. She was wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a family getaway in north Georgia, I highly recommend this cabin!

Very Comfortable!

Stay'd here for 3 nights. The cabin/house is nice, although somewhat pricey for just two people. If you had a group of people sharing the cost, it would make more sense. We were there to take a look at the house and property for consideration of purchase.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Relaxing

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin! Check in was simple. Kelly was very prompt & attentive when contacted. The beds were extremely comfortable, the cabin was very clean, & there was lots to do, indoors & outdoors. We loved cooking dinner in the outdoor kitchen/living space, with a grill, flat top, smoker, prep area, grilling utensils, propane, & pellets. My husband & I cooked dinner while watching TV, playing ring hook game, or corn hole with our kids. As foodies who love to cook, we were impressed with the amenities & attention to detail in the indoor kitchen. There was more than enough room for our family of 6 around the kitchen table. We enjoyed several games of pool, ping pong, the hot tub, & making s’mores. There’s plenty of card & board games to choose from. We mainly booked this cabin for the seclusion & the pond. Unfortunately, the pond was overtaken with algae, causing quite a bit of the fish to die. We notified Kelly, who was apologetic & very quick to respond. Understandably, due to it being a holiday week, leading into a weekend, her pond guy couldn’t tend to it during our stay. Apparently, it’s never been this bad & was caused by the heat & lack of rain. It smelled, left a green mess on us & our fishing rods, & made fishing difficult, especially for our younger kids, who were upset about not being able to catch any fish during our stay. Regardless, we had fun, enjoyed our stay, & would consider staying here again for next year’s vacation.

Something for everyone!

We had an amazing vacation at the River Rock Inn! The beautiful home is situated on a large, lovely piece of land with multiple places for the family to hang out and have fun. We enjoyed fishing in the pond where our daughter caught a large 18 to 20-inch trout! The beds are super comfortable—so comfortable, in fact, that my husband insisted on looking for the mattress brand, and then ordered a new bed when we arrived home. Our teenage son said it was the best vacation he’s ever had. The home is perfect for large families of all ages. Thank you for the memories!

Great property with responsive host

We had a great getaway for our family. This property had it all: a pond, fire pit and outdoor kitchen for all the outside fun. Lots of fun in the basement with ping pong and pool. Plus we were able to play games and relax with movies in the spacious living room. Beds were nice and comfortable. Kelly, the host, was super responsive and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. We look forward to booking this home again.

great place

had the whole family out and inlaws with plenty of room and spaces for everyone to enjoy themselves. the pond was great, everyone caught fish. normally we go on vacations and go out to find things to do, at this place we didnt leave the whole time except for groceries. Christmas 2023

Excellent getaway for the holidays! The pictures really does not do it justice. We had no reason to leave outside of needing a few grocery items we forgot. We were two families totaling 8 with kids ages 14, 17 and 18. The home was nicely decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed the fire place, hot tub, grilling on the patio and cooking in the kitchen. We also enjoyed walking around the property. There is also a huge game room that the kids and adults made good use of. Filled with appliances and everything you could need. The host Kelly C. replied instantly to all our inquiries. It is nice and spacious. Absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful rental on the water

Had such a wonderful time. We spent most of our time on their beautiful pond using the canoes and paddle boat. Also enjoyed fishing, their e outdoor areas, and game room. Kelly was so attentive and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely book again!

A True Slice of Georgia Mountain Heaven

Words cannot describe what an AMAZING property this is! The house and amenities are even better in person; we were totally blown away! The location is great as well; so close to Blue Ridge Lake and all the fun rafting rivers within a fairly short drive. Our host was above and beyond what we could ask for; so prompt to respond, kind and generous. We’ve been renting through VRBO for many years, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had from start to finish! Thank you, Kelly, for everything!
