Housekeeping only partially cleaned my room 1 out of 4 days even though I requested to have the room cleaned daily.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and competent. Bathroom needed a little attention with a slow-draining sink and a leaky shower, but those were small concerns. We had a good time here.

We got there late for check-in; Rhonda was great! Cheerful and knowledgeable. It is nice to see someone cheerful these days, customer service isn't what it use to be. We only stayed one night so we didn't experience much else around the hotel.

Conveniently located, the structure seemed to be modern. I liked the layout of the room. Cleaning was not acceptable with dried puke and body hair one sheets with the bed made, clerk seemed to find it humourus when we complained.

Don't like a barking dog waking from a deep sleep.Did not realize dogs were allowed. To be clear I'm not talking about service dogs because are they trained. This was a pet running around.

Customer service was wonderful 😊 check in was easy and efficient. Breakfast was great full breakfast bar, fresh fruit etc . We were in town for MSU graduation and this was close and convenient. Kids loved the pool

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. We all (including our 2-year old son) got our best night’s sleep in days after a long road trip. We slept so well that we almost overslept!

Will Stay Here Again!
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, room was clean, bed was comfy. Good location next to state police post so security not an issue. Highly recommend.
