The location and pool were perfect for our family. the lower level rooms felt a bit cramped with beds and no storage for clothes, etc kitchen was full of everything we needed for a week of cooking and eating!

This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle and we loved the location of this house. Its a 2min walk to the beach with quick access to shopping and restaurants. The house is clean, well appointed, and the pool is a plus. We enjoyed a relaxing stay and would book this home again in the future. Thank you

The house was perfect for our getaway to celebrate the end of our girl scout year. The bunk room, pool, and game room all being downstairs with a separate refrigerator and area for snacks was perfect. The adults were able to have separate bedrooms on the main floor, and it worked out beautifully! The listing was exactly as advertised and a straight, short, paved walk to the beach! There were at least two towels and wash cloths for each person and the check out was super easy. We would highly recommend this property for a getaway!

Beautiful home with plenty of space

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. The pool needed cleaning after a few storms and the host quickly sent someone. We would stay there again.

Location is great. We always bike to places in town and was conveniently located for that and the beach. House set up is nice and comfortable for large group.

Great location and house

We stayed for two nights as a Girl Scout group of 13, the house was beautiful and private, kids loved the pool. Location was great as far as distance to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for us all!

Great place for family

Enjoyed our stay. Perfectly accommodated our family. We all thoroughly enjoyed and the game room was nice touch. Would’ve like to have extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels but overall great stay.

The property was spacious and well kept. The pool was beautiful to look at even though it was too cold ( November) to get in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

The house was wonderful. It was just perfect for my family. Tony was very responsive as a host. The walk to the beach was a little far but it was manageable.

Amazing!!

Everything was great. House was roomy and just gorgeous. We booked this trip for the family to spend time with my mom who has breast cancer for the 2nd time and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Family spring break

Great beach house that is spacious and centrally located to everything needed. The pool was nice too bad it wasn’t warmer at EI in April. The house had everything we needed for a great and memorable vacation.

The house was lovely, decorated in a charming beach theme, absolutely spotless on arrival! The set up of this home is perfect if you have older kiddos with you. The lower portion of the home has a 4 bed bunk room and an additional bedroom w 2 full beds. It has a complete game room including a ping pong table, video game and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area is spacious. The front porch over looks the lovely pool and is a great place to relax. The beautiful beach is a short 3 block walk and the home is nestled in a charming beach neighborhood. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend staying here if you are ever visiting Emerald Isle, NC with your family. Thank you Tony for being an excellent host.

Beautiful house, very modern. the house and pool was very clean. We had 10 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough room. Ping pong table was a hit with my adult children. Property manager was so helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay here again. We rate it 10/10
