First of all Megan, our host, was a pleasure to work with. If we had any questions she promptly got back to us in a timely manner. The condo was clean, well furnished and in a good location to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend the property to all.

pebble beach is a nice family oriented community, thats why we stay there. its exactly the atmosphere we want on a vacation. were an older couple that like calm,and quiet, and thats exactly what we get when we stay there. our condo this year was as advertised. it was clean and updated, the owner went out of the way to accommodate us, and it made for a wonderful stay. i highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was clearly laid out and made it very easy for us when we arrived. The condo is so well-furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The decor is lovely and updated and tasteful. The bed is so comfortable! So convenient to the pools and not far to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much!

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Great A/C, lots of hot water for that magnificent shower and a kitchen that has everything you need. Just know that there is a steep stairwell to the 2nd floor entrance. Having just a short walk to the beach was awesome.Emerald Isle is a wonderful family friendly area. The beaches are wide, great for walking the shore, and the water is beautiful. For walkers and bikers like us, there are several nice trails to follow. Lots of great choices for restaurants too.BEWARE of the overzealous HOA security force here at Pebble Beach Condos. Even though this is a gated community, the HOA requires that a parking pass be displayed on the drivers dashboard. Failure to display the pass will result in your car being towed. I know this from experience.After parking in the same space for 5 days with the pass on the dash, upon returning from lunch on the last day, I forgot to move the pass from the visor to the dash. When we came back out to go to dinner, the car was missing. HOA security had my car towed.to a lot about 30 miles away. We walked around the property until we found a security guy. He could not give us any contact info for the HOA. He let us take a picture of the tow company's business card. I contacted our condo owner and she got us an Uber to the tow lot where I paid a 258 fee to get my car backThis is a nice place--Don't let a mistake like this torch all the great memories of your vacation like it did ours!

Wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is at the beach. Very clean. 2nd floor so be aware there are stairs. The owner was very accommodating. We had a small problem and it was handled quickly. The mattress is memory foam. Some love that. We weren't crazy about it. There is so much to do in the area and the beach and indoor pool are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for your stay.

It was as advertised. As it’s located on the miss level of a tri-story complex, whenever anyone was in the upstairs unit their footsteps could easily be heard.

Island Get-a-way!

We enjoyed our first stay on Emerald Isle in the Pebble Beach community. Our unit was VERY clean and the unit, although older had recent updates to the flooring, bathroom and fresh paint and decor. The indoor pool, outdoor pools and direct access to the beach were much appreciated.

Nice condo, good location, great communication

We rented this condo for a short trip over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice, perfectly clean, with some updates. It's more roomy than other one-bedroom places we've rented in the past. The location is good - close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., and the complex has beach access. Communication with the owner was great - check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and we had no issues. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location—all as advertised

We were in town for a wedding on Emerald Isle and this was perfectly located. We didn’t have time to use many of the facilities, but the pools looked good and we did enjoy the easy access to the beach. Neighbors very friendly and the condo was spotlessly clean and owner communication was clear and timely.

Great Condo

My husband and I stayed for a week in early August and had a great time! Check in was simple, the condo was nicely renovated and clean, and in a great location. The beach was a short walk away and the condo was very close to a lot of great restaurants, many you can easily walk to. We would definitely stay here again!
