  • King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Beautiful updated condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is fully equipped. Enjoy al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was renovated in 2020 and includes all new flooring, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Smart TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for biking and jogging. Just a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and more!

    There is not an elevator and there is a small flight of stairs before entering the condo.

    Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

pebble beach is a nice family oriented community, thats why we stay there. its exactly the atmosphere we want on a vacation. were an older couple that like calm,and quiet, and thats exactly what we get when we stay there. our condo this year was as advertised. it was clean and updated, the owner went out of the way to accommodate us, and it made for a wonderful stay. i highly recommend staying here!

Cozy and clean

So enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, kitchen was equipped well, beautifully decorated, and a great view of the pool with sunrise each morning. Would highly recommend!

Great Condo

My husband and I stayed for a week in early August and had a great time! Check in was simple, the condo was nicely renovated and clean, and in a great location. The beach was a short walk away and the condo was very close to a lot of great restaurants, many you can easily walk to. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our short stay, the beach was a short walk, stores very close for anything you would need. Host had wonderful communication. We’ll definitely rebook. Thank you!

Island Get-a-way!

We enjoyed our first stay on Emerald Isle in the Pebble Beach community. Our unit was VERY clean and the unit, although older had recent updates to the flooring, bathroom and fresh paint and decor. The indoor pool, outdoor pools and direct access to the beach were much appreciated.

Great location—all as advertised

We were in town for a wedding on Emerald Isle and this was perfectly located. We didn’t have time to use many of the facilities, but the pools looked good and we did enjoy the easy access to the beach. Neighbors very friendly and the condo was spotlessly clean and owner communication was clear and timely.

beach get away

Lovely condo we enjoyed for 5 nights. It was our first time there. No complaints, but the stairs up to the second floor are challenging for some people.

Great Condo for a quick trip!

Condo was perfect for what we needed. Stairway to enter the condo needed a good vacuum but the condo itself was spotless!

Great spot!

The condo was clean and well equipped! Even had beach chairs and a cooler. The bed was comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Multiple stores near by if you need anything. Property has multiple indoor and outdoor pools. We had a great stay and considering we have two small children, it was perfect for them as well.

Nice condo, good location, great communication

We rented this condo for a short trip over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice, perfectly clean, with some updates. It's more roomy than other one-bedroom places we've rented in the past. The location is good - close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., and the complex has beach access. Communication with the owner was great - check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and we had no issues. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is at the beach. Very clean. 2nd floor so be aware there are stairs. The owner was very accommodating. We had a small problem and it was handled quickly. The mattress is memory foam. Some love that. We weren't crazy about it. There is so much to do in the area and the beach and indoor pool are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for your stay.

Disappointed

Emerald Isle Beach was nice. Bathrooms and showers at the beach were helpful. No beach or water view. Walk to the beach is about 500 yards approx. Condo was ok size for 1-2 people. Streaming services were nice. Entrance to building is very steep, dank stairwell. Condo wasn’t clean - shower curtain yellow stains, brown stain on window sill in bedroom (looked like smeared poop), dishes weren’t clean (had to buy paper products at store) and two beach chairs were molded, mildewed, and the size of a child (had to buy two beach chairs).

Beautiful condo, great location!

This condo is so pretty. Everything has been updated and it is extremely clean and decorated well. It’s so nice to have linens included, and they are high quality. This condo is in a great location, about a 3 minute walk to the beach and the beach access has a ramp to make it easy to get all of your stuff down to the beach. The condo is located on the second floor and overlooks the beautiful pool and club house. There is another pool located near the ocean that had just opened up during our stay; pools have been undergoing renovations and COVID-19 delayed their opening. At the time of our checkout the pool at our unit was still closed, but appeared to be ready to open at any time. This condo was great for our family of three.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Great A/C, lots of hot water for that magnificent shower and a kitchen that has everything you need. Just know that there is a steep stairwell to the 2nd floor entrance. Having just a short walk to the beach was awesome.Emerald Isle is a wonderful family friendly area. The beaches are wide, great for walking the shore, and the water is beautiful. For walkers and bikers like us, there are several nice trails to follow. Lots of great choices for restaurants too.BEWARE of the overzealous HOA security force here at Pebble Beach Condos. Even though this is a gated community, the HOA requires that a parking pass be displayed on the drivers dashboard. Failure to display the pass will result in your car being towed. I know this from experience.After parking in the same space for 5 days with the pass on the dash, upon returning from lunch on the last day, I forgot to move the pass from the visor to the dash. When we came back out to go to dinner, the car was missing. HOA security had my car towed.to a lot about 30 miles away. We walked around the property until we found a security guy. He could not give us any contact info for the HOA. He let us take a picture of the tow company's business card. I contacted our condo owner and she got us an Uber to the tow lot where I paid a 258 fee to get my car backThis is a nice place--Don't let a mistake like this torch all the great memories of your vacation like it did ours!
