"My family of four had a pleasant stay here. The property was exactly as my son had requested - a woodsy lodge near a lake. Our room was tight but it was clean and we had enough soap, towels, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. We had to wait a bit to be served, but we were told that as we were seated. If a restaurant is busy, then I assume that it's because the food and service are good, which is was. "Such an amazing place. The staff, food, and proximity to wildlife/wilderness are all outstanding. Anyone looking to head off into the last great frontier should have a stay at the Summit Lake Lodge for a night or two. Recommend renting the lakefront cabins, as waking up to a cup of coffee in bed with incredible views helps start any day with a smile. A special thanks to Brandon and Lindsey for making it a very memorable trip for my entire family. "

"We loved this house! Had everything we needed! We were a big group of family in Girdwood for a wedding! The house was plenty big enough for all of us we were all able to have each family group in their own bedrooms and have our own bathrooms! And it was definitely more affordable splitting it four ways! The location was great! It was exactly where we needed to be for the proximity of the wedding. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
