It's an old cottage home that has been completely gutted and modernized. No street side or driveway parking. You park via a multi use back road behind the house. Arriving after dark made finding the side street and the correct backside of the house (of a handful) tricky. Comfortable beds, nice water pressure and hosts were communicative. Overall good stay for a local wedding.

The property was great. The screened back porch was a delightful way to spend the morning listening to the birds and drinking my coffee. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with enough coffee supplies to get us happily started and manage the limited cooking we did.The yard was nice for the kids to throw a ball around in.Johnny’s communication was fast and they were happy to accommodate some date shifts for us without problem. We’ll definitely rent again when we’re back in the area.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is that the yard needed to be mowed and the parking area couldn’t be seen from all the grass.

Great Stay for my Gardner Webb Graduation!

Nice play to stay to celebrate my graduation from Gardner Webb. We unexpectedly had a bad storm and it was nice to have a safe place to stay and not drive home in the bad weather!
