Bungalow Moe Moea by ENJOY VILLAS / 2 bdrm with AC / 1 bath / beach access

  • The Bungalows beach of Enjoy VILLAS are located in the Residence "Moe Moea", next to the TIPANIERS, 45min from the moorea ferry dock, and 30 min from the airport.

    This quiet and secured residence is equipped with a parking area and a free tennis court. (Hardware not included)
    The beautiful TIPANIERS beach is located a few meters from the bungalows.

    Composition of a bungalow 6 pax:

    Air-conditioned and well appointed, furnished without being overcharged, its total area (with terrace) is 70m2
     
    -At the ground floor you will find an air-conditioned room, equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a closet. A bathroom (Italian shower) and a separate WC.
    The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils.
    The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and free WIFI.

    - Upstairs you will find 2 double beds (160x200) and a WC. It also has air conditioning.
    On the terrace: A table is chairs for 6 people and Outdoor Lounge.
    Laundry room with washing machine.

    Pets and barbecues are not allowed in the residence.

Adorable home, quick walk to beach

We had a wonderful stay! One of my favorite beaches on moorea was just a few steps away. It was very clean and the host communicated very well. She met us for check in and everything went smoothly.

1 minute walk to the beach, clean house, plenty space and all the amenities we required, host ensured everything was ready for our arrival. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay

Loved this villa it was a very comfortable stay for our family of four. The villa was perfectly located on the island of Moorea with almost everything close by. The kitchen and laundry were much appreciated. Communication with Anais was seamless.

Beautiiful lagoon

We stayed 6 nights on Moorea. Our unit was comfortable. Communication with our hostess was easy and she replied promptly to any questions Property is on a wonderful shallow lagoon with some coral where varities of fish were visible. We enjoyed our time on beautiful Moorea

Beautiful!

We had the best time! Place is super close to the beach (45 second walk) we didn’t want right on the beach because we have little kids, and the lagoon was perfect. This was my third time and I’m certain this is one of the best beaches on Moorea. The host was super lovely, accommodating and so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at best location!

Fantastic location and residence. Anais was the perfect host and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Use of Washing Machine was very helpful and the Kayak was a lot of fun. Les Tipaniers Beach was amazing for both Sunrise and Sunset. The residence was very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Moorea vrbo

This was a great place to stay and fully stocked unit with enough space for 4 adults and proximity to the beach was perfect. Also close enough to many restaurants either walking or for a pickup by restaurant. Number of smaller grocery stores was good especially during a longer stay. Owner was very helpfull with arrangements etc, much appreciated. 😃

Absolute must stay

This was a girls trip and we all left proclaiming this was the best vacation ever. The bungalow is nearly immaculate and was a great location. The beds were adequate. If you want to snorkel, make sure to research where you’ll rent or bring your own! Also, plan on a car rental and grocery shopping in Papeete if you can. We cannot wait to return!

A really nice Bungalow close to the beach!

We loved our stay in this clean and fresh bungalow! It holds everything you need for a pleasant stay! It is only a short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. We cooked our own meals on the outside grill and used the patio a lot. We also have a cute little yellow cat coming visit us every day, so we almost felt like we were at home. We will always keep this stay with pleasant in our hearts. Mauruuru!

better then any hotel in Moorea

The villa is 40 seconds walking distance to one of the best beach in all Moorea, A/C worked great, beautiful and modern house with plenty of space and kitchen well equipped. The kayak was a plus, easy to transport to the beach. The villa has two story and is in a gated community and felt very safe. Can't wait to go back next year. Aniis was very kind and helpful

Beauty at the beach

Lovely and cozy spot on the island. From Papeete took about 2hra to get there but we'll worth it. The host were very open and communicated with us before arriving giving directions and meeting with us to get the keys. They gave us a tour and said if we need anything to just call them. The bungalow was very cozy and comfortable especially in the hot weather. The AC is powerful and the place is spacious. If you want to relax and not think this is the place to be.

Condo not as pictured and too hot

This condo had a picture of a couch that was not the same as an uncomfortable fold out bed in the living room. The upstairs bedroom had AC that pointed toward the stairs so the attic bedroom never cooled off. The AC was only in the bedrooms and so the living room was too hot to use. The old AC in this condo downstairs bedroom could not keep up and smelled. If you open the doors as suggested the misquitos come in. We fled after 3 of the 7 booked nights to an airbnb down the road that stayed cool by opening the doors so the 2 bedrooms AC kept the whole place cool. We could actually sit on a comfortable couch and enjoy the whole one story house. I lost 1000 to leave but it was worth it and even though he used AI to put in a picture of a comfortsble couch in the living room he would not refund it. He rushed out through check in and was thoroughly unpleasant. "We replaced the furniture and just haven't updated the picture." Don't rent this place. Too hot and uncomfortable.

Perfect vacation house

My wife and I stayed here for around 5 days and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect just steps from a beautiful beach with tons of great activities. We used the kayak a bunch and loved our stay at the house! Would recommend!

Perfect location on Moorea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Villa. The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. Only as put 20 metres or so from the beach with Les Tipaniers next door for drinks, meals and activities. This property is in a quiet complex and is suitable for families as well as couples. We would book again if we come back to Moorea.
