Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom Swimming Pool House Centrally located Maharepa Moorea

Only 45 min by ferry boat from Tahiti and a 15 min drive from Moorea Ferry Port, this beautiful 3 bedrooms Moorea home is centrally located in Maharepa near everything such as grocery stores, restaurants, shops, beach, the Fare Natura eco museum, golf...You can enjoy lots of outdoor activities around such as hiking biking sight seeing snorkeling fishing treetop adventure park golf ... The living room has large sliding doors open to the outdoor swimming pool deck. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The space
This air conditioned three bedroom house is spacious and luminous. The living room and kitchen is well naturally ventilated with wide sliding doors open to a large outdoor deck with a private swimming pool. Ideal location to relax in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Maharepa Moorea.

Guest access
The unit is self check in. I will provide check in details few days prior to arrival.

Other things to note
High Speed Internet makes it easy for remote workers to stay connected while being able to enjoy the beautiful island of Moorea French Polynesia.

All three bedrooms are air conditioned. The living room is not air conditioned, but is naturally ventilated with very large sliding doors open to the outdoor swimming pool deck.

Please note that in humid climates like Moorea you may encounter gentle Ephemera and Geckos. Ephemera fly around lights at dusk especially between hot and colder months. Geckos eat mosquitoes. They are harmless and are part of the diversity of Moorea.

Taxi pick up at Moorea Ferry Terminal or Airport can be arranged upon request.

Ferry boat commute between Moorea and Tahiti is so easy that guests usually enjoy being able to take the ferry to Tahiti in the morning to spend the day there and be back in Moorea in the afternoon.

Please be aware that there is no ferry boat in the evening between Tahiti and Moorea. If you land in Tahiti in the late afternoon or evening, you will most likely have to stay on Tahiti island and take a ferry boat to Moorea the following day. If you have an early morning flight departing from Tahiti, you may need to stay one night in Tahiti as the earliest ferry boat is only around 5:30am. Please plan accordingly.

Moorea has an airport (10min from our house) that is convenient for passengers to fly in and out of Bora Bora. The number of flights is limited. Please check airtahiti .com website.

With limited public transportation on the island of Moorea, we recommend having a rental car for convenience exploration.

If you want to stay connected everywhere, you can rent a pocket wifi when you land at the airport in Tahiti. Rent your Wifi router online and pick-it up as soon as you arrive at Tahiti airport. More info on tahitiwifi .com

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. No party allowed.

Although we are constantly remodeling the house and maintaining it due to the age of the house and the high number of visitors, the house is not a five star hotel. We apologize in advance for that and are open to constructive feedback to improve the experience for future guests.

Due to the sudden increase of population in Moorea, please note that Moorea has water problems and at some moments water may not be available at the faucets. It is usually resolved within the day. Sorry about this inconvenience.

The swimming pool is unprotected and it remains the full responsibility of the adults.

The kitchen has a gas hob and oven. Please shut off the gas bottle after each use.

We have TV cable with Disney + and Apple TV.
