"The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

"We loved our stay at this cottage! The water views are breathtaking and the best part is you can see them from every room in the rental. Such beautiful views of Lake Champlain! We enjoyed a lot of outside time on all of the different decks. It was a very relaxing stay. The hot tub is such an awesome addition as well, it was amazing to see the lake and hear the waves while soaking in the hot tub. Watching the sunset was something we looked forward to each night. Inside the cottage is also...

"The place was perfect …… the location and views were a 10! For those that like to fish….. right out of the backyard was fabulous with over 15 different fish and six different species! My only complaint is that the internet wasn’t working but we didn’t care too much because we didn’t watch TV.Also the towels could use an updating. Hoping to return…."

"Perfect size house for large group or multi family accommodation. Host was very responsive and courteous. The mountain setting and views were amazing. "We just finished a two-night stay here, and it was absolutely excellent! The property is beautifully well-kept, spotless, and it feels like the hosts truly thought of every single detail to make guests comfortable. We loved the layout—there are big TVs everywhere you look, and the private movie theater was fantastic. The outdoor setup is a huge highlight: the hot tub was great, there is a nice covered area right next to the grill, and having two separate firepits (one by the driveway and one...
