My Home away from Home

As always it was a great stay! Quiet near the beach and even in the cooler weather was able to walk around the corner and enjoy the views.

Awesome stay at the Cape Codage in Monument Beach.

The Codage was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area. It was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again when we're back for a visit.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is so well maintained and clean. Communication was clear, and we received very prompt responses to any questions leading up to our stay and during. It was a convenient walking distance to Becky's Bakery and Whistle Stop Ice cream. Being close to the beach made for some lovely sunset walks.

Nice and quiet, good things nearby

The house was very nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and living room had ample comfortable sitting for our small group. There were turkey vultures high in the trees every morning which was pretty cool. Good swimming at Monument Beach, about a 5 minute walk away. Lots more beaches within easy drive. Good bakery very nearby.

Cape Cod Trip Bourne MA

Rented this cozy house in Bourne MA that was in a quiet safe neighborhood with great neighbors. The house was super clean and the owners very friendly communicative and informative about things to do in the area. Just know that room described as having twin bed is NOT two side by side beds but a very nice pull out bed from a couch that does turn out to be a nice comfy bed. I definitely would return to this house again which is convenient to many points of interest in the area!

Great Family Stay

This location was perfect for our family of 3. Cozy kitchen, comfy beds, and great resources within the home for the beach. We didn't need to pack anything from home. The location of the house is key. Walking distance to beach, ice cream, and a bakery. The suggested restaurants and local food joints were great - specific shout out to the sandwiches at Gray Gables market. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet stay on the Cape.

Bourne family trip

We were very comfortable and enjoyed the access to beautiful beaches for walking. It was winter so we were limited depending on weather. We loved the kitchen but some of the items could be replaced (cheese grater etc.) The beds are very firm and so we needed to adapt to that but we did so.

Great Stay. Ideal location for walking to Monument Beach and Marina. Yummy bakery around the corner. House was very clean. Individual air conditioners and fans in most of the rooms. Bedrooms were adequate sizes. Check In/Out process was smooth. Bonus vinyl record player with albums from the 80s for those that can remember those times. One interesting quirk - No closets in the house - Very Cape Cod. Overall - The Cottage is on the list when visiting family and friends.

Perfect

I love the Cottage. Was my second time staying here and will be the first place I check for availability each time I come up. Is literally a 5 min walk to the beach and is home away from home. The owner is very easy to reach and helpful. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Our stay at the Capecodage was absolutely perfect in every way! On a quiet road and walkable to the beach and “downtown” Monument Beach. There is a quaint bakery, ice cream shop, a convenience store and much more. The Codage was extremely clean! The owners supplied all linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes, pots and pans, flatware, etc. A great feature was the washer and dryer and a brand new outside shower! Beach chairs were supplied as well as a wagon to cart things to the beach. If you just want to enjoy the very private backyard, there is a hammock available! The owners were available via text to answer any questions you might have. You could tell they love their Capecodage! It shows!!

Perfect Spot

Was so cute and perfect spot to relax, nice and quiet and clean. No issues at all. Easy check in, great communication with the owner I have already booked my next stay. :)
