"Overall a very nice, small property for a short weekend trip to LA. My group and I really enjoyed our stay, but the listing claims 6 people could sleep at the property and 5 was a squeeze since there are only two rooms. If you're not a group of college students willing to squish, I would recommend this listing for a smaller group unless you have children or guests willing to sleep on the floor. Other that we really enjoyed our stay and thought this was a nice property."

"We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. The Bungalow is in a terrific location, supplied with the basics, convenient location, clean, safe and very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful...

"We had a group of ten and the two homes on the property accommodated us quite well. Everyone had their space and we comfortable with the bed and bathroom accommodations. Do note that the pool is ingested so outside of the summer months it will be too cold to use. We had not planned on using the pool but had not noticed until after the booking that it was unheated. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. "
