Spacious gîte located above the owner's home, on two levels. On the ground floor: a living room open to the kitchen, a bedroom with its private bathroom (160x190 bed), as well as a separate toilet. Underfloor heating. Upstairs: three bedrooms with a 140x190 bed, one of which has a private bathroom, and a fifth bedroom with four bunk beds (90x190). An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the floor. Reversible air conditioning in the upstairs hallway. Large terrace and ski room with boot dryer. Sheets, towels and cleaning optional. Parking near the gîte accessible on foot approximately 50m on a slope. For hikers: numerous trails are available from the village. Among them, Lake Pramol, located 1.5 km away, is a beautiful discovery in the heart of an area rich in activities.
