The living area opens onto a balcony and a spacious terrace, both benefiting from a south-west and south-east facing position, offering remarkable panoramic views of the lake, the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, and benefits from a shower with WC as well as access to a balcony with a south-east facing position.
