Pluses and Minuses

Excellent property for 4 couples with great bedroom/bathrooms for each couple. Wonderful space for gathering for conversation, well equipped kitchen. The biggest negative was the HVAC system. Each time the AC/fan came on it sounded like a plane taking off….so noisy you couldn’t continue conversation without shouting. Really difficult to sleep undisturbed as well. We thought turning the fan off would alleviate the problem - but then it was too warm. A few issues like no cord to adjust the blinds in at least one bedroom, “tired” wallpaper in the entrance. Location was great but it would have been nice to have a notice that St Catherine was closed off in front of the property.

Excellent place for group

We were a group of four visiting Montreal for a friends trip. The location of the executive loft was perfect, right in the center of all the places we ended up going. Some of the best restaurants and bars are right around the corner or not more than a couple blocks away. The space in the loft is incredible and each of us had our own suite. One of the rooms was a bit smaller than the other three. The place was clean and had the basic amenities we needed. It was never noisy at night, which was nice even though you are downtown. We would definitely recommend the loft and the management group to stay for groups with enough space to spread out.

Great location

Great loft for friends, family, coworkers. Has all amenities that you will need. Directly across for a convenience store for anything you might need. Managers were very quick to handle any issues.

Great location!

You couldn’t have asked for a better location. The loft is close to everything and we had no problem finding parking. The loft is spacious and the rooms are quite big so that was a plus. The place is great but it could use a bit of sprucing up. During our stay, we encountered a few problems, the staff helped us and although one of the showers never got fixed we had a great stay. The only suggestion I would make is that Management should definitely change the furniture in the living room because it is extremely uncomfortable. That part of the house needs to be cozy! Management should provide more comforts such as extra throws and pillows especially when it’s snowing. It would have made the experience better. Overall, it was a good experience.

Spacious and great for people looking for private rooms all en suite

A lovely property in a great area. Spacious and quiet from the outside. All the cooking items you could need. We did a christmas dinner and didn’t need a thing! Upstairs can be noisy so keep that in mind.

Good location in Montreal for extended family

This property is cool and has a great location. Great conference room with good lighting. Lighting is poor in the bedrooms. There was not any towels for the kitchen. Overall, it needs a deep clean, and including the couch. It was as if one too many parties happened here. I was not impressed with the cleanliness, and felt the need to buy Lysol wipes to feel comfortable. We weren't sure if the bedding looked washed... I asked the manager and he said they have a linen service. But there seemed to be some hair. The mattress was comfortable, but the mattress cover needs to be washed. But after we settled in we realized it had everything we needed.

Exceeded already high expectations

When booking, we saw the images online and thought to ourselves, "these must be common rooms and not part of the loft itself." Much to our surprise, the loft is large and features a full boardroom, large dining room table, massive couches, full amenity kitchen and four bedrooms each with ensuite. The loft was clean, spacious, and quiet. We hosted a dinner for ten people and there was a lot of room to lounge and eat. The location is right downtown on top of shops! Our family enjoyed the stay very much and will stay here again. This loft is great for corporate functions given the massive boardroom. We had some miscommunication with check in time and had to wait for the team to arrive but the staff was super friendly and generally very responsive. Overall excellent stay.

Perfect location and configuration for group

Loved the open floor plan, the spacious bedrooms each with private bath and the location in the city. Walk to Old town, plenty of great places to eat and easy to get around. A few small issues that were easily rectified as communication with property manager was the best I’ve experienced.

Great location

THe executive loft is great, kitchen is well-stocked, place was clean and bedrooms were all comfortable. WiFi doesn’t reach all of the rooms. Location is great, can walk to old port or to Mont Royal. Only issue is someone had to meet us to check in and they were not able to do so until 1730 when the advertised check in time is 1500. They really need to figure out someway to allow access to the apartment until their staff can get there to verify the people checking in.

Impressive decor and great location

I stayed with my family for NYE 2019 in this super spacious 4 bd/4bath floor with street views of Ste Catherine Street. Even though we faced the street, it was very quiet. We were impressed with the decor and style of the floor. Very chic. Alex, greeted us to check in and showed us all the amenities. Although there is no parking on site, there is a parking lot 1/2 block away. The rooms are all nicely appointed and all with king sized beds. There’s a washer/dryer which also came in handy. The kitchen is complete with dishes, pot/pans, and silverware (no blender though). We certainly enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it to our friends.
