This unit was conveniently located with a lot in the area in terms of shops and restaurants. We chose this listing because of reviews (external which is misleading) and the main fact was that it had parking included. It should be noted and communicated that parking is in the back alley. We were told spot 5. Parked there, and then were asked to move. Not an issue normally, except the ice and snow piles made it very difficult to navigate, led to damage of the car due to ice ruts and with a massive snow pile and moving to a different spot as requested, we were blocked in the first morning. We asked to go back to the spot originally assigned with no solution before we finally decided to pay for street parking (if you can find it). We paid until 9pm and then luckily free overnight and we departed early the next morning. Had we been staying more than 2 nights, this would have been a bigger issue. Not happy that we paid a premium for a place with parking and then ended up paying for parking in the end.The unit also wasn't very clean, and mold in the main shower. No smoking policy, and we don't smoke, but all you can smell is smoke in the building and the noise from the upstairs apt the second night until 3am was awful.Communication was good until we had the parking issue, and then we waited hours for next steps. Overall, would not choose to stay here again.
