Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.
Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

Great location and good size apartment. Spacious kitchen, nice bedrooms, and well appointed living room. We do have a few suggestions that would greatly improve any future stay... the bathtub drain was clogged when we first arrived. We were able to fix it ourselves, but it should have been checked prior to our arrival. The bathroom could have used an extra towel bar or a few hooks, the single towel bar for a three bedroom was less than ideal. Our strongest suggestion is to clean the outside of the windows and doors. We found the windows very dirty, and filled with cobwebs around the frames, both doors and windows. A really good hose down from the outside could fix these little things and improve any future stays.
