This beautifully renovated 1,500 sq. ft. (139 sq. m.) apartment in the heart of Le Plateau offers a comfortable and spacious stay for families or groups traveling together. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning units, and a heating system is available for colder months.

→ DINING AREA: A long dining table that comfortably seats 10–14 when extended. Additional seating at the breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ideal for shared meals, work, or game nights.



→ KITCHEN: Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. Everything you need for home-cooked meals!



→ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: 4 bedrooms, 1 den (5th bedroom), and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 16 guests.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. In case of emergency or if there is a power outage, there is a spare key in the lockbox outside the building.

The main action happens on Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent, but don't miss exploring Rachel, Mont-Royal, Duluth, and Prince-Arthur streets — that's where you'll find those perfect spots that make for great stories. Whether you're looking for late-night eats, craft cocktails, live music, or just great people-watching.



Getting Around:

The apartment is 22.4 km | 14 miles or 25 minutes away from the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL). In the heart of St-Laurent, the Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough.



From the apartment, you can walk everywhere — and you'll be steps from public transportation.



PARKING: If you'd like to park on the street, please pay close attention to posted signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues like Ave Mont-Royal, while most secondary streets are reserved for permit holders. You can purchase a permit for $8 every 24 hours using code PMR02 at any parking kiosk (please leave the permit visible on your dashboard). Guests are responsible for any parking fines or tickets.

Keeping It Chill:

- This area buzzes with energy day and night (we provide earplugs for light sleepers).

- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm.

- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!

- No smoking of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.

- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.



Must-Knows:

- Main guest must be 18+ to book.

- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!).

- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!).

- Pets are allowed subject to approval - please let us know if you are travelling with your 4-legged friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply).

- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules.

- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.

- If you're driving, please note that we're not responsible for parking tickets. Montreal parking can be tricky, so it's worth checking the rules in advance!



Safety First:

- One flight of stairs to your apartment (#2)

- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.

- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.

- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors, and stairs.

- Please no candles, incense, or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.

- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.
