Please note that the city currently has an ongoing construction project near the building. Work is authorized by the city and typically begins around 7:00 AM, as permitted by local regulations. You may notice some activity during the day. We truly appreciate your kind understanding and thank you for your patience while these improvements are being completed.

Also, from time to time, we make updates and improvements to the apartment, including furniture, décor, artwork, and amenities. As a result, some furnishings or decorative items may differ slightly from those shown in the listing photos. Any changes are made to maintain or enhance the comfort and quality of the guest experience, and the overall layout, functionality, and standard of the accommodation remain consistent with the listing.

1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!

2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.

10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.

Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
